This is a 3 star hotel

It's location its location and its location
Rubbish, tiny room, no mini bar, no complimentary water bottles, no shower gel or shampoo, food ran out at breakfast at 8.45am, couldn't get coffee in the lobby as there is no staff available until 11am to serve coffee its is self service so you need to go to the basement and get your own coffee! Great when you are meeting a client in the lobby!!! €780 for 2 rooms for 1 night but in a budget hotel! Will try ibis or holiday in next time I want a busget hotel! Arrogant staff to top it off!!

London Stay

It was very central, it was very comfortable and suited our purposes exactly
We enjoyed our stay very much in London and the Park international was first class, so close to the centre of london and an ideal base. Breakfast excellent, the only thing was our room was to the front of the hotel near the reception and it was a bit noisy when we arrived, but after that it was absolutely fine.

Great location, comfortable hotel.

Location, good breakfast, clean, quiet rooms.
We stayed for 6 nights in August. Our room was a small double with ensuite. My brother's a single. The staff were competent and unobtrusive.the rooms were clean and well equipped with a good size TV.The area feels safe, even at night and our room at the rear was very quiet at night, which is not always the case in London. The large light breakfast room had a buffet with all sorts of breakfast options, cooked and cold and was well cooked and presented. This was my 3rd visit and is my hotel of choice in London.

Awesome hotel and highly unprofessional service
Location is near tube station, and after that there is really nothing good to speak of. Room was extremely small and with no view. Toilet seat was broken. Housekeeping was done in a hurry and left many spots uncleaned. Front desk personnel was unfriendly and unwilling to help. When asked for a taxi, front desk concierge called a private company which charged more than twice the normal fare. Wifi connection was costly and of bad quality. All in all it was a highly regrettable experience for the money spent.
