average is still okay

toiletries are provided.
Air-conditioned gave a annoying sound. But we not really using it during this cold weather. No heater is provided even in cold weather. The toilet is very small. But all those toiletries are provided. shampoo, conditional, bath gel, hand soap and even shaving cream. Overall cleanliness is still okay. A bit dusty.

I fond the room and the location very satisfactory. Staff were pleasant, hotel was quiet. I will stay there again; good value for money.

Great location

Location, Location and Location
Location was great, so close to everything that I needed. Hotel itself is small, the male front desk staff I came across were all really friendly and helpful. However, the female staff who checked me in seemed to be in a rush to get me out of her way and wasn't very helpful and informative. The room I had was tidy, but it really needed a good clean and dusting. The curtain had a thick layer of dust and when I open the curtain, all the dust just dropped on to my head and clothes, the windows were very dirty too. The TV remote had a layer of dust as well. The toilet is so small, and the water pressure is low. The room's sound proof is not so good I could hear the next door neighbour's toilet flushing, having a shower, the room above me people walking etc. Overall, it was ok, a little below my expectation. The pic from the website looks good but the actual room is not really like that. But it's okay for one night stay and the cost is reasonable. Love the location so handy to everywhere.

Poor Standard. Un Friendly Staff

Good Location
Not Happy. Most cases Agoda rating helps to find a good hotel but for Regis, the rating did not reflect the standard of the hotel. Very Unfriendly staff. No amenities in the Room. Not clean enough even after room servicing.

Very Disappointing

Location, View from roof, Friendly housekeeping staff
I was very disappointed with this hotel. When I was checking in another guest called reception complaining about the heat. When I got to my room it was very stuffy. I put on the air conditioning turn knob to "hi" and left the room for dinner. When returning it was even hotter than before to the point it was making me sweat. I called reception who advised its central heating and told me to set it on low and open the windows. They offered a fan which I accepted as I had booked the hotel for 4 nights. They confirmed room number to deliver the fan. Unsure what happened but I did not receive it. I had to sleep with the windows open, in order to not damage the curtains I had to leave them wide open also. This meant i got all the noise from the local fire station trucks rushing off and the sun waking me up at 6:30am. The bathroom was also a let down, they use shower curtains (which I hope they change after every stay or this could contain other peoples urine and any number of things) and the shower was very small and had no water pressure so was not easy to get a comfortable temperature shower even after following the detailed instructions on how to get the water to work. After dealing with lack of ability to sleep, unpleasant showering, I was excited about the idea of checking out. i was surprised there was a $2 charge to hold my bag for the day. I asked why they charge and I was told it was because they did not have much space and it is to discourage people from leaving there bag. If i had not prepaid though a third party booking agent i would have checked out the first night and found another hotel. Only things I can not fault is the Location and the housekeeping staff who made an effort to say good morning. Unfortunately even the location being so good would not bring me back to this hotel, when i stay in a hotel I expect to be comfortable and be able to use the room in a way that fits my schedule not the other way around.
