We were in NYC and needed to add two nights to our stay, so we found this place online and liked the look of it and its location. I received an email saying that the key was available at their office, which was in midtown and not easy to get to. We had to take a taxi there and catch another one to the apartment. The location was as good as we'd hoped, but the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment were a bit of a struggle with our cases. The light in the hallway didn't work which made it a bit difficult when we came in late at night. On opening the apartment door, we were shocked to see the condition of the place. The Lino in the kitchen was stained and curling up at the edges, the bathroom door had no handle, the shower curtain was moldy, the living room had a couch and a chair that looked old and well-worn, the coffee table was water-damaged and warped, it looked like it hadn't been painted in years and the only accessory was a large mirror propped up against the wall. No pictures or decorations anywhere. The kitchen sink was rusty, we didn't even open the drawers or cupboards after checking under the sink and finding that door warped. The bedroom had a bed that looked like it would fall apart and a dresser by the door, with a light on top. The blinds were very old and bent and there were not pillowcases on the pillows or towels in the bathroom. Also, there was no wi-fi. The sheets were mis-matched, but were at least clean and the toilet and water in the shower worked, so we stayed put. It wasn't all bad - the bed was comfy, it was quiet at night, the shower was powerful (I just had to try and keep the moldy curtain from touching me!), the TV worked, the location was great for running in the park and the subway was just a couple of blocks away. The guy at the office, when I picked up the key, was very friendly and was happy to let me leave my bag at the apartment until 2pm on the day that I was leaving.

Very uncomfortable

Location, nothing else
Very poor experience:bed's slot were broken which made sleeping an issue, clogged bathroom's sink for days, poor cleanliness, impossible to regulate heating, loose electrical wires across living room, rained in bathroom through ceiling. We throughly regret spending time at the Park View Apts.

clean and new but not good service

nice room
Few people is servicing the hotel and there are no conference room. I asked for a place to work with my laptop and I was placed outside the front desk.
