Excellent stay, very nice and friendly hotel

Nice place, good food, very friendly and nice staff
We had a very nice stay, with 3 nights at Parklands. Our room was not very big but well suited to a short stay. Clean, fully equipped, with a nice view. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. We also liked very much how quiet and beautiful the area is with its old mansions and their gardens.

Modern design room with convenient locatioN.

Not too far from city centre. Good for those with cars as you can park in the hotel free of charge and hop on a bus nearby for visit to city centre.
We arrived late at 9:30 pm. The receptionist gave us the room key and password of the main door. We just self helped to bring our luggages to the first floor. There was no lift in this small hotel. So do not bring too many luggages with you. If you drive, just take what you need to the room. The interior design was modern and the hotel room is clean. The breakfast was served early till 9am. This was the earliest one that we had during our 2-week trip in the UK as breakfast was usually served till 10 or 10:30am. Anyhow, it was a pleasant small b&b.

Great bed, good breakfast
The manager of the B&B was very helpful locating on the map for places to go and see, we were able to walk which was approx 20 minutes to most town attractions. He gave us a name of a great town to visit on our way to the next destination.
