Very Small & Very Dirty

Absolutely NOTING is good about this Hotel
Do not stay in this place!! Totally unacceptable: The smallest most dirty room we ever had on our 20 years of world travel because the pictures are many years ago and what you see is not what your get. Everything about it is old and dirty. A horrible person dressed in paint spotted and not clean, never in the office runs the place. He give us only 30 min free internet, we did not pay for the rest since being in the room was not an option. Because we paid the booking agency he was just unresponsive and of course we could not change cancel the paid reservation. There is NO reason to be in this place there are lovely accommodations all over Parnell cost the same and much better!! If it was only small, well, if it was too dirty, so small --we could not move in the room, no place for luggage, very small closest, very old chairs fulling apart, door and window right on the parking lot. Absolutely not a value for the cost.

Firstly, parking was terrible. I arrived late so had to park in the road. The room was tiny, it smelled off and was dirty. It was nothing like the online pics. If I hadn't arrived so late ar night I wouldn't have stayed there. The wine glass and cutlery on the "kitchenette" were filthy. The linen was gross and the general decor was dim old and grotty.

Location, rates and cleaniness
Very good. Location of hotel was the main reason with the rate being second. Was pleasantly surprised with all features of our stay at this hotel.

Short stay hotel close to city.

Had microwaveand iron. Can make own meals. Close to regular public transport.
Pillow- (a major point),was a little flat for my liking. Guests rather noisy. The washing machine was too close to the lower ground units where I stayed. Parking available, but some guests didn't know how to park properly so blocked the car in. Curtains need to be block-out. The ensuite on the lower units were miniscule, and the toilet dripped during the night.

Not a great hotel.

location, location, location
The room was very poorly set up with an old bathroom which was tiny. The bed was reasonably comfortable - I would only recommend it for its location, not for overall room comfort.

Cheap backpackers type accomodation

Nothing really
I would not recommend this motel at all. My room was very very dark, in a corner of the motel with builders rubble piled up outside. moldy curtains, hardly any natural light, couple of low level flickering fluorescent type lights so very dim at night. Room had very old mismatched rickety 70s furniture - op shop style. Really not impressed even for the budget traveller you can do a lot better. Very poor wifi. If I had gone down the road for aboutmore a night I would have got a nice clean light room - wished I had looked around as I wasn't after the cheapest of the cheap just wanted a good deal. I ended up sacrificing the last night and moving on. parnell is a nice up market area that is generally expensive so I was quite taken back by the quality of this room. Only positive was guy at the desk was quite friendly and pleasant.
