Reception room, spacious room, game of pool
Stairway to top floor is narrow and difficultly carry luggage/ bags. Pay £72 for room booking all good but lack of sleep due blind unable to close properly, kept us awake early morning. Shower room the smell was awful but useful to use it as good space. Bedroom nicely clean and provide towels. One main disappointing is not providing tea or coffee for the morning n our room despite our friend booked a room of double bed ground floor cost £20 that provide fridge and tea/coffee. Do not get it the indifferent what we have pay the price that don't provide us. Staff need to encourage more friendly face.

Pasha hotel

Cheap, friendly staff, the shower
Quite pleasant. A bit further away from everything than I thought, but it was quite cheap, so I shouldn't really complain

exterior appearance not so recognizable

location. cleanness, staff performance
The room is quite convenient, spacious and clean, but the stair is very tiny. The staffs are helpful. Wifi signal almost undetectable and easily disconnected. Hot water flow and pressure are weak. It s located near bus station and very far from subway. Hotel is side by side with shops, external appearance is not easily recognizable as an hotel.

Fantastic lady manager & check in female reception

Pleasant kind lady manager who keep up to her words, did what she said she will do.
And because of the lady manager and the reception who check us in (I think she was pregnant, but still offer to carry our luggage), we have a pleasant stay. They both are very nice, kind and helpful.

Good Value

Value, value, value
Great value for the price. Clean, tidy, a fair sized room with a great stocked fridge and snacks, all FREE. Location not great, little out of the way and taxi needed to get anywhere. Not a problem though.

Good but could easily be better

Its location, good value and nice feeling inside
Overall good I am happy staying one night. But I would like specifically to note a few things which I didn't like for you to fix them and pay attention to small simple things which are very important and noticeable by any new customer: -The television: is placed on a stand at a height on the wall but whilst you have to watch from an angle (i.e. lying on the bed) the television is of an older technology where if you watch from an angle you see at least 50% poorer image. That is very sad considering that nowadays you can very easily buy a small size TV (like the one placed in the rooms) at a very good price which could be of the latest technology standards. -The shower: whilst very nice material used in the toilet/shower, the water was not draining from the hole at the floor of the shower. Lack of care apparently from the owners to keep simple things working well. -The internet: 2 different passwords given for 2 different networks in the hotel area. This only submitted to me after I requested it and not directly from the person at the lobby when I checked in. Then when I tried to connect, one password was not working at all for the 1st of the networks and the other password worked for the 2nd network but the signal was so poor I could't use it at all so ended up using my personal 4G data from my cell phone. Internet is very important in hotels!!

Its Backpacker hotel but cost is high

connectivity to central london by bus was convenient
This is a backpacker hotel. The rooms are very very small and the area is worst. At first I felt when we entered the reception, I was in shock with size of the hotel and people around..... Its definetely no no for couple or family. Its okay if you are solo traveller but the kind of money you pay is very high. Although it shows that its in Southwark area but its the far end and no way safe for late commute. The only saving grace was that the bus stop was just outside the hotel... so if we are commuting its not a big hassel.
