Rude receptionist

Clean Rooms.
Well, the overall experience had been dampened by the rude receptionists, the rooms were clean and nice, very close to Bangla Road, where the action is. The staff could be polite but it seemed they just did not care. There was no lift and our room was on the second floor so thats a negative.

Unfriendly staff

Close to Bangla Road, which is the hub of all the food joints and the night life.
I have been going to Phuket for the past 4 years, and this is one of the worst hotels i have stayed in. First, on reaching, the receptionist yelled at us coz we were a bit late in giving our hotel vouchers to her, she screamed like an uneducated person does, after all that drama we were given rooms on the second floor which had approx. 60 stairs, with no lift we had to climb all the stairs and carry our luggage ourself coz hotel staff refused to carry our luggage, then once we reached the room and switched on the air conditioner it was making a noise like a road roller runs and despite making 5 complaints no one came. Overall a horrible experience.

Nice location

Close to Bangla road and nightlife but tucked away in a quiet location
Nice rooms in a quiet location but close enough to the nightlife. Breakfast was a bit sparse but ok. Pretty limited TV channel selection for english speakers. When I moved in the fridge hadnt been cleaned out from the previous guests and as a result I was charged for their mini bar use. That was soon corrected though.

location! so near Patong Beach. Value for money.
Very comfortable and convenient near all the nightlife and throngs of stalls and food places and pubs.. The private balconies of the places were really pretty! Good place for honeymooners... Very romantic... Staff were friendly. .. Had a very memorable time shoppping and relaxing and eating! Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a budget type hotel. In house coffeehouse.
