This is very much a love motel, not a hotel
Location is excellent, beds are comfortable
It was noisy at night - a worker was loading and unloading towels, pillows etc on a metal cart late into the evening. Made a lot of noise and didn't stop when asked. Happened both nights and made it difficult to wake up at 5:30 am for an early flight. The room was small but had nice beds. It was overall dark (room, hallways and downstairs reception area) as would be expected in a love motel, for privacy reasons.
It was definitely overpriced, but the location is perfect - near subway and Nambu bus terminal. Lots of bars and restaurants around - if you plan on being out late into the night.

Clean and Cheap
Cheap, clean, close to Nambu Subway station line 3
great for a place to crash while traveling Seoul, cheap and clean and free bottles of water and soft drink which is replaced daily. Great location near Nambu Subway station line 3. I stayed in Winter and the heating in the room was good, Wouldn't recommend this place for a family traveling as this is a love motel and you will hear the sounds of other guests getting it on. The people working on the front desk do not speak english and found the bed a little firm to sleep on, apart from that all good.

comments about pav hotel
the location is very convenient
the location is very convenient, near mrt "nambu bus terminal" station(line3). regarding the hotel, it is worth the price. comfortable bed, slow and unstable wi-fi, without breakfast, and only one staff can speak english. sounds not so good, but it's still a choice when the price is in our budget.
near apgujeong(狎鷗亭) station on line3, a shopping place with lots of coffee store, just choose a store and take a relax after shopping.

Great value, no hassle, comfortable, good location
worth the price, cheap, super comfortable and clean
great value. book in advance to save, but even if you arrive on the day it's very affordable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It is a love hotel, but non-couples are of course welcome

Great room but translucent bathroom door
Cozy room, near Nambu Bus Station and Airport Bus Stand, easily located, lots of convenience stores around, bakery, coffee shops, and a shopping complex.
The room was very cozy, and the bed was comfortable with two pillows per bed (we had a double bed and a single, total 6 pillows). Equipped with a computer with an LCD monitor, a big LCD tv with many great Korean channels to choose from, and clean bathrooms. The downside is that the room doesn't have a closet, and the bathroom doors are translucent and have no lock. So when you travel with friends, it gets a bit embarrassing to use the bathroom. All in all, a comfortable and great place to stay.
Close to Gangnam where you can get a bus to Everland.
Gangnam Station (Seoul Subway Line 2) Exit 10 -> Take City Express Bus (Jwaseok Bus)no 5002 (travel time: 50 min)

comfortable room and good location
Room with computer, internet, whirlpool bathtub, large TV and free soft drinks
Locates in the middle point of Gangnam - convenient to Gwanak-san on the west and Namhansanseong on the southeast.
Hotel staff responsive and helpful.
Many restaurants along the street.

Good location, 5mins walking to subway.
only one - good location, near station and restaurant.
i have stayed in pav hotel for 3 nights, and i got the trouble at the checking date that the hotel is such as a love motel, my room is filled with smoking and very uncomfortable. however, the staff allowed me to change to another room. it's a bit better, though the room is small, old and not clean (there is a strange smell and some dirty dots on the bed). i and my friend really disappointed and uncomfortable while staying there.
because it's really hard to communicate with them (the front desk and staffs do not understand english).
5 mins walking to the Nambu Terminal station, then you can take the orange line directly to the Chungmuro, transfers 1 time to Dongdaemun ( the biggest complex shopping area, it always crowded, opens overnight from 10AM - 5AM).

More a motel
Have computer and broadband in the room
Does not have facilities like a hotel. No cafe.
Front Desk can't speak English.
Room aircon cannot be adjusted at all. It is freezing cold.
Toilet and bathroom are separate and have glass panel which are translucent and have no lock.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Near airport bus stand.
There are food stores but do not open in the morning. Great sushi and dumping store that serves till late in the night.
