Clean & comfortable hotel with helpful services
Receptionists who are helpful and providing good advices to your trip. Most importantly, they can speak English.
Small rooms. Difficult to find for the 1st time.
Location: It is difficult to find the hotel for the 1st timer. Convenient as you can find convenient store, tobac, bars, both Asian & Western restaurant, pharmacy, Metro etc. at walking distance. Room: Clean, with room heater. But the room is small. The water heater is not functioning as good as it supposed to be. Do expecting sudden splash of cold water while you are having your warm bath. Facilities: TV is provided. Wifi is available only at the hotel lobby. Services: Good service. Greetings with smiles. They are helpful in providing tour information and advices. During my stay, there were some general strikes at Paris. The receptionist is very helpful in providing information and advices to arrange for our airport transport as it was expected to have a grand general strikes on the next day. Without her reminder, we would have walked for kilometres by foot as the motorway was interrupted.

Nice staff. Clean hotel
Small room, no space to put things. Loud. Could hear everything our neigbors said or did.
Hard to find the hotel. A good map in advance would be good. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice environments.

Comments
Location is good, room was clean.
Generally a satisfactory accomodation at the price range. In Paris in summer this is a significant drawback, although a fan was provided.

Good Location
Location of the hotel is very good. Street is not so noisy and metro is quite near. Supermarket and restaurants are near.
Rooms are small.
Quite nice, tiny hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. When we stayed there the air condition didn't work in whole building. We chanced for bigger room, where were outside window. Breakfast is good (fresh juice, milk products, lot of varietes to eat). Hotel staff are helpful. The first person gave us a lot of tips where to find the main things (metro, sightseeings etc).
