OK but under construction

location and decent size room
It was under construction and very noisy during my stay. I had to leave and check into a new hotel. Not a very good experience. The breakfast also was quite underwhelming.

Decent but there are better

The hotel was under construction. Very loud to the point that I checked into a new hotel.

Not 4 Star

Staff, location cleanliness
Conveniently located for a flying visit to Paris. Bar was closed. No attempt was made to entice us to the restaurant. Presumably this was because of the wide range of choices nearby. I would happily stay here again but be clear this is an average 3 star hotel not 4 star.

Helpful staff and great location

the staff was helpful and the location, the upgraded room on the last two days was great.
The stay was great, we did not have any problems. They helped us with a problem we had with a company that was going to take us on a tour and there was a mix up with the meeting place. Also tried to help us with our cell phones. They kept our luggage when we left for another city for two days.

Very good value for money

Room and balcony, value for money, fast wifi
Would return again, good location and very good value for money. We just wanted to stay in the centre without spending too much we loved the balcony. Hotel could have benefitted from having a bar/ somewhere social to visit before dinner.

Very nice hotel in a great location

Decoration, location, clean
This hotel is great because you have easy access to public transport. The hotel is beautifully decorated and it's located in a side street, so it's fairly quiet at night, but with plenty of dining options within a stroll. The rooms were quire spacious for what I'm used to from other Paris hotels and they are nicely decorated. We didn't get breakfast but it looked good, but expensive. For less than 5 euros you can have a nice french breakfast with coffee of choice jam and bread, coissant and an orange juice just around the corner. From this hotel you can start your city tour by walking south to see Le Marais, Pompidou, City centre and Notre dame. I would reccomend this hotel if it's in your budget.

convenience but need improvement

Location, lift and maybe breakfast
Have stay for 5 days, have some comments on it. -The location is quite good, just few minutes access to metro station but the drawback is the street beside have bars and restaurants, so a bit noisy at night. -It claim there was air conditioning in room, however, they said it have broken for a period of time already and don't know when it can be fixed. Luckily, it was still a bit cold at night during our stay but need to open the window (no window frame, otherwise if plan to stay there in hot summer need to consider carefully. -Staff not all are well English speaker, even don't know what is bathing gel and shampoo!? -Room have wifi connection, wifi need to log in and will renew every 24hrs. User name and pw have to ask front desk everyday. -Security is okay.

Classy hotel

Location, staff, price
It was excellent. Speedy checking and out. Staff attentive, friendly, and excellent English. Location was central. Minutes to bars and resturants. Close to metro. Price was very reasonable, for 4 star hotel in Central Paris.

Could have been better

Clean, hot water, close to public transport
The beautiful Art Deco lobby, lift and marble stairs lead to a disappointingly appointed room. The heat within was stifling, even with the air conditioning on. The courtesy tray, although well stocked with tea and coffee, only offered paper cups. We were only told the restaurant was closed for works after we asked to make a dinner reservation there, rather than at check-in, as one would expect. To top it off, the bar menu featured a white wine by the glass list of... one. All in all not catastrophic, but one is left with the feeling that, with a few simple changes, it could be so much better.
