good location but poor standard

Location, easy access to metro lines and lots of possibilities of dining nearby
Rooms are very old and everything but clean. Carpet, beds, bathroom - all of that should have been refurbished long ago. I hate when a duvet has bed-clothes just on the inner part. In combination with old and worn equipment and noise because of traffic it was unfortunately bad experince.

Happy with the centrally location

location, easy accesible with public transport
I shall say that im quiet disappointed with the condition of the room. the bed was hopeless, creaking sound. The sofa really need to be refurbish as its so ugly and dirty looking. Overall it is not worth the money. felt too expensive for the price. Its only location and easy transportation!!!

Location could not be better!

Large bathroom with full size bath. Great location close to transport, sightseeing and restaurants.
Despite some reviews I actually found the rooms a decent size for Paris, especially given the location and price.

good location

overall was good stay. location was superb as it is close to the shopping area, but not too close as it is not as busy or noisy in the shopping area.
there was a problem with the key card in which the receptionist couldnt issue any key and had to accompany us to the room to open it. so it was a bit of hassle to ask them come up every time we return to the hotel. but the female reception there, cant remember the name but she was half lebanese or turkish, was very friendly to us so it didnt bother us when we had to ask her to open the door.

Hote Saint Augustin Pavillion

Location, stuff, design
The hotel has a great location with good access to Metro and RER. The room was clean and well designed but a bit too small. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Not so great

The location is ok, walking distance to the metro and 2 super markets nearby. One of the staff is really nice. Our room is quite small but clean. Bathroom... You have to shower in the bath tub and there is no cover so water all over the floor. We were placed on the 7th floor which is the highest floor and for 5 or 6 days, the lift was out of service and we had to walk up and down. On the check out day, a guy helped us with the luggages but still we have to carry a big luggage down, 7 floors. Free wifi but couldn't reach on most of the room area (7th floor). DO NOT try the Italian restaurant, it is crappy and tasteless! Worst food I've ever eaten in my life. I also got charged!!! nightly when check out.
