Food was excellent, View from swimming pool and pool was amazing, Steve -owner will go for an extra mile for you. Although location was 10mins walk from town and around 15mins to Long beach... if you fancy staying in a hotel and walk that distance that is ok... but on other side u have been staying on a hill that is why u had amazing view... Long beach is peaceful and quiet comparing to other places in Palawan

It's really just a scrappy patch of coconut plantation, with a few very simple huts and a few bamboo tent platforms. Very very basic facilities; next door bungalows at least have a nice bar & restaurant and pretty gardens sloping to the sea; this place has none of those. OK you get what you pay for, but having come all this way (it's 40kms from El Nido) we expected better. Beach although pretty, is far too shallow for swimming.

Lovely resort with great views
A good resort with a great pool overlooking the bay. The rooms were a great size and comfortable, although the mattress was a little hard for my liking but that's personal taste. The lounge restaurant area was great, and beautifully lit at night. We thought the food was fantastic and the staff were really nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Some fixtures and fittings are beginning to look a little tired but nothing too major. Perhaps a few less laminated signs stuck on the walls with scotch tape would be better. Otherwise a great place.

A True Disappointment, Pity we expected a lot more.
Room: Air con didn't work in the first room we were given, we asked to be moved the next day. Many little broken things in the room. Tepid at best "hot" water. Toilet seat not bolted down properly, leaking sink faucet, reversed hot and cold water signs in faucet. Food: Overpriced and bland. No value for money there. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get your food (even if you order a continental breakfast - basically toast and jam). Service: Staff is friendly but not trained properly. Did I mention the rats that ran around the bar/restaurant area. Yes, thank you for setting rat traps next to the sofas. For a 5 year old place it is already looking rough around the edges.

Care and Understanding
Swimming pool, location,
- While room was big - aircon was weak or too small relative to the size of the room. - Staff appeared to be newbies - not proactive - Food - specifically breakfast servings were small (tocino) and coffee was separately charged. - except for their pizzas - there was no "family -size orders" - all were for 1-2 persons only. - Island Hopping - the place charges P2500 per head if you're just a couple and P1500 per additional head while real going rate per head among the "bankeros" is P800 inclusive of lunch or P700 without lunch.

Find another place.
I rented a delux room with a balcony and ocean view. Next day I rented a private boat thru the owner for p5000 to take me where I wanted to explore and snorkel. I ended up with an old loud smoking boat with 4 beer drinking filipinos. They refused to take me where I wanted cus the city government regulates the tours to 4 prechosen stops. Dozens of other boats play follow the leader from island to island. After 2 islands I went back to the hotel with no snorkeling. The owner offered to refund my money but only gave me p1000. Other disasters- The pizza was burned. The morning coffee was old with grounds. Many guests complained of hot rooms cus the air con is too small. I lost a pair of shorts cus they won't give an itemized receipt for the laundry. The hotel has good potential but poorly run and the customer suffer.
