Like Staying at the Adams Family House

1, waking up on the day of departure, 2, packing bags to leave and 3, LEAVING
Rubbish, would rather hack my head off with a large knife than stay here.

at the end of nowhere

Even during the high season there were rooms available
The hotel is located at the end of nowhere and it is a problem to find a transport to go out unless you are ready to pay a fortune. The staff of the hotel normally helps drivers to rip customers off instead of standing by their sides for a fair ride price. Very unqualified staff whose level of English is close to zero. Room service has to be asked otherwise they would not clean your room. To be fair I have to say that breakfasts are good, but it takes the staff ages to bring food. There is not much of variety.

A bit dated but still good value

large rooms, quiet location
The hotel is obviously dated, but it sits in large grounds which include a swimming pool and even tennis courts. The location is a bit out of the way, but the flipside of this means that you can get away from the noise which permeates most of Sihanoukville.

This was the worst hotel expereince ever!

It was awful. This place was straight from the Adams family. Run down, the approach was like going through a mini war zone in terms of the graffiti, rubbish etc. Place was stuck up a hill miles from anywhere. The word resort would be done under the trades description act in the UK. Breakfast - no cereal, no fruit, no orange juice no nothing. The staff seemed tyo have no idea how bad it was. Fan broken off in bathroom, marks all over walls, bathroom cabinet falling off hinges. I left after one night even though had booked 3.
