This hotel was built to make a lot of money and give nothing to customers, and the rate for it, should be max 5 ( it's already too much ). Some details : - the rooms are so little, not to mentioned bathroom and toilet - if You have a physical problem, hope to have a room on the right floor - Breakfast very poor, just the minimum ( they could compensate the lack of space of the room with a good breakfast ) - One positive point is cleanness - From the staff, You can save just a person

This hotel is fine for the budget traveller. Location was perfect for myself as visiting a friend in Finsbury Park but might not be ideal for people wanting to visit central London. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom was tiny but not a problem for one night.

You can sleep well here because this hotel is located opposite finsbury Park. It 's 3 Minutes walk from Finsbury Station. Near many convenience store.

Pleasant stay and very good location
Great place, I felt at ease, either in my own room or at the breakfast cafeteria. In front of a park, in a street of shops and places to eat, quite close to a tube station (Piccadilly and Victoria) and bus station. The wi fi is decent, as well as breakfast. Walls are thin though. Good for solo travellers.

The Indian staff is so not professional
We had to wait for one and half hour to get in, first he said no reservation then we got confirmation from agoda London office, he still don't believe ,! I phone my visa and they said already paid, the staff wants us to pay him cash first ? We ask why? He insisted he didnt get confirmation from agoda! Finanally I have to ask agoda staff to told to this guy, it's a night mare!

Comfort, location, good for solo travellers
Had some problems booking in but staff were friendly and helped resolve issues. Room was clean, had all the basics - good price through Agoda. Fantastic location and easy to find! Short walk from Finsbury Park tube/bus and a great direct bus to Alexandra Palace. Breakfast was a bit of a push when there was just coffee and toast and a box of meat, cheese or jam but nevertheless a nice addition to what I only expected as a room. Hotel was warm with private toilet and they were discreet about my room number to other guests around, as a solo female guest, which made me feel a little more secure. Would stay again definitely- great budget option for London!

There used to be wifi access in all the hotel previously, now it's only in the reception area. And even then it's flaky to use.
