Overated and over priced
I am a solo traveller and think one of the most important thing would be safety. The hotel is located to Finsbury Park station but think safety is a concern especially when you are returning to the hotel at night. Breakfast served was the same thing throught the 4 days. Coffee...toast and cereals nothing else. Same time the bed was uncomfortable and the floor had a creaking sound each time you walked. Theres no lift and if you have a huge luggage you would need to carry it to your room...which could be as high as 4th level. The walk way is so narrow that it a question of safety if a fire broke out how are they going to clear people out. I would not recommend if your travelling alone.

Flaky wify

Good location, price, quick check-in, no check-out needed
Stay was okay, except for the fact that wifi only worked about 10% of the time and there was lot of noise from technical room.

No kettle. The toilet is too tiny.

Breakfast, quite near to tube station, friendly staffs.
Is fine to stay as the price that I paid.

No elevator!

Location. Near to tube station. Near Lidl. Facing Finsbury park. Nice.
I booked the room from 25-28Aug. Unfortunately, due to my own miscalculation on flight timing, i arrive in London on 26 Aug. It was drizzling when i arrive in hotel, i requested for early check in (12pm), but the staff refuse to let me in (this is understandable). I went out for lunch, and come back at 2pm. When i show my booking sheet to the receptionist, then she realize that i have missed one night and my room has been prepared since "yesterday". What pisses me off is when i first arrived at 12pm, i wanted to show her my booking sheet, but she dont even want to look at it or my passport. It was raining and i'm wearing wet shirt for 2 hours. If she even wanted to check at least my name, she'd know i have missed my first night and my room is ready for me the moment i arrive. No apology from her, she just laughed it out. Rude. I'm not going to stay there anymore. My room is on 2nd floor and i have heavy luggage with me. No elevator.

Had a kettle, location, easy check in
Only an overnight stop, the room was quite small the bathroom and shower tiny but for an overnight stop it ticked all the boxes for me so I would stay again for sure. Only 5 minutes from the over and underground trains into central London.

Last monute booking

location perfect, staff very friendly and over helpfull
We needed urgent accomodation, they booked us in without having confirmation from and kept our luggage save. Waterpump broke the day we had to check out and fly back, but the even arranged a room at the next door hotel for us to freshen up the afternoon before going to the airport! Always eager to accomodate you.
