Not worth the price, unreasonable owner.

Clean, soft bed, quiet
Overall the hotel itself is fine, in terms of cleanliness and comfort, although a bit pricey (like all accommodations in Macau. However, the proprietor made this a place that I would never stay again, nor would I recommend to any other visitor. She was extremely rude to us. We had a three-person room, and initally intended for only three people to stay there. However, very late at night, an old friend of ours who we'd met up with in Macau had no accommodation, so we figured, hey, just crash on the floor in our room, should be no big deal. When checkout time came, the proprietor was furious that we had let an extra person stay in the room, and no matter how long we discussed the situation, she was intent on keeping our 100HKD deposit. She herself is a mainlander and in mainland China, nobody would ever mind this kind of thing. She even threatened to fine us, even though we didn't impact her business's normal operation in any way. Don't stay here, she might find an excuse to keep your deposit, too.

Value for money. You get what you pay for.

Clean room, Clean sheets and restroom. safe hotel.
We only stayed for a night. Room is clean. Only issue we had was the building does not have an elevator. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had to carry our stuff to our room. We had quite a hard time speaking to the receptionist. They should hire someone who could speak english so guest will not have a hard time checking in and get assistance.

Value for your money

Great location, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms
It was better than I expected, only thing is that i had climb up to the 5th floor everytime i wanted to go to the room, but other than that it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

the worsth hostel ever

location, toilet, beds
We had a hard time finding this hotel and when we did, the reception is on the 2nd floor with the long stairs. Good thing they let us checked in early at around 10am so we had time to rest before heading to The Ruins. We were assigned a room at the top floor, 4 floors above the reception. Just imagine when you're dead tired and your still have to climb 4 floors to get to your room. ugh! the worst! The staff doesn't speak english and was a bit rude when we had the toilet door fixed because it automatically locked. The aircon took sometime to cool the room and the control was in chinese. Comfortable beds. Overall, we don't recommend this hotel. Just pay a little more for a modest hotel in macau. This doesn't deserve the 6.7 rating. I'd give it a 2 or 3.

Fine hotel

Location, room, service
The hotel is located near lots of shops and away from the more tourist-focussed casino areas. The staff speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and were friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom and AC were both very good.

rude receptionist. very rude!!!! i won't come back

restroom and bed
not very nice. the receptionist was very rude and has that attitude!!! she always yell at us making us dumb for not understanding her language ( she don't speak english) which is very frustrating. she doesn't even smile for any guest that is coming in. and what is worst when we failed to go back on the hotel to check-out (because there is a cut off that she didn't even told us) they placed all of our stuffs outside the hotel as if we didn't pay for our stay. like what the hell was that? very rude indeed. i won't we coming back ever!!! a hotel that is not recommended

Two Nights - What you pay = what you get

Price is reasonable for a double room ensuite. There is a famous breakfast cafe just 2 rows down the street. Room is clean and bathroom is spacious enough.
Price is reasonable for a double room ensuite. Comfy Bed and duvet provided. Room is clean and bathroom is spacious enough. Location is a bit distance from the Senado Square, need to walk around 15mins. But, still in acceptable because you may walk with the locals and see many old shops when passing by. There is a famous breakfast shop just 2 rows down the street. Easy to find food around. Take note: this hotel do not have elevator. You have to walk staircase. So if you are with heavy luggage, this is not the right choice for you. Overall, I'm satisfied with the room with the amount I paid.

The hotel room is quite spacious.
We had a very very hard time locating the hotel. We walked 5 hours around the location. We never thought that the signage is just as wide as a door! Is it really a hotel? Getting our things upstairs is also a problem. Communicating with the staffs another thing. Even after using google translate, communication was still hard. But I'll say the room is clean.

Never have been so badly treated in my life

Its cleanliness, air-con, comfort
BAD EXPERIENCE - We arrived before check-in to the hotel so we couldn't go to the room yet. That's fine, no problem with that. The real problem was after. The staff couldn't speak nothing besides Chinese. So while we were trying to figure out what to do, the staff tried to push us (physically) out and finally expelled us from the hotel. This isn't the right way to treat a client (a client that payed beforehand). Never in my life I have been treated so badly in a hotel.
