Неплохой отель с хорошим расположением

в целом отель понравился: хорошее расположение (близко и к подъемнику, и к центру), приятные хозяева, хороший номер. единственный неприятный момент: хозяева попросили меня написать, во-сколько мы приедем, написали, что заселение возможно с 8 утра. я написал, что приедем в 12, но в день приезда комната к этому времени еще не была готова.
