Relaxing getaway
Beautiful decor, atmosphere, location
A beautiful hotel - our room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The staff were delightful and willing to assist us in any way. A perfect location. We will definitely visit again.

It was very relaxing
The history, the breakfast and teh location
It was peaceful, very peaceful. If you included the breakfast in your package it was well worthwhile. Unfortunately there is no evening dining.

Very pretty, peaceful hotel with friendly staff
very clean, nice surroundings, good location, friendly staff, complementary pre-dinner and canapes
its was raining badly during our whole stay, but it did not bother us since the place is so nice and relaxing. great for a weekend getaway. We also love the complementary pre-dinner drink and canapes. Only con was the bathroom was a bit old fashioned, but still very clean

Lovely but not up to excellent standards
Lovely setting with an old world charm
Peppers convent is a lovely hotel - but not the best option for people who want pristine cleanliness... Unfortunately our bathroom walls were spotted with mold and the place has quite a musky smell to it. Another two small annoyances - the remote to our TV was missing, so we had to constantly walk over to the TV to turn it on/off and change channels etc. And lastly the scrambled eggs at breakfast come from a packet mix - they're not fresh eggs. Apart from those small downsides we did actually have a lovely stay at Peppers. And - much to my excitement - Peppers Convent is actually the grand looking house where all the Farmers and contestants first go in Farmer Wants A Wife!

Great location, but expenses for what it was
Quite location, walking distance to Hope Estate concerts
It was a nice boutique property, offering a quite and relaxed atmosphere. But due to the Neil Diamond concert the price was exceptionally high. Was not worth the money, but the location was great. Only 800 metre walk to the Hope Estate concert.
