Peaceful location.

Loved the location. Fantastic staff. Only downside - lots of stairs and no lifts for the elderly. The hotel has a great atmosphere.
Fantastic, but too short. I wished we had booked for longer.

Peaceful Location

Staff, Atmosphere, Location
Fantastic! The staff were excellent and we had a great stay. However, there were a lot of stairs and no lifts for the elderly, but the staff will take your bags to the room for you. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay.

Last minute reservation, satiisfactory stay

CLEAN, Night Sky watching stars, fruits in the breakfast and a friendly host, that's all
It was a last min decision to stay in Kiama. We've arrived in the evening and it's very dark everywhere, so we have missed the entrance twice. Lady host has greeted us and showed the rooms. She was a nice lady, though she tend to be very strict and emphasizes alot on do's and don'ts... which we understand perhaps she had few bad experiences in the past. Also she has probably explained the same thing hundreds of times, so we understand it's not such exciting thing to repeat. Bed was a bit soft, and room was quite cold and heating is done by the wall mounted aircon/heater. Radiator would have been nice. Shower was good and though the house is in general aged, but they've maintained it very well and kept really clean! Breakfast was a continental, but silverware and table settings were nicely done. Morning host is a gentleman (husband) and he is very kind and more gentle as well. In particular, we liked fresh fruits served. Overall satisfactory stay.
