Wonderful Stay

The room was fantastic, Easy walk to Hasting Street, Pool was nice.
We loved the hotel. The room was excellent. The only problem I had was with a small child going up and down that hill was tuff. Try providing a shuttle or the golf carts that go up and down.

Family stay with young kids

Quality of the apartment, breakfast, short walk to Hasting street
Had an enjoyable stay. Great location and staff were pleasant. We expected the swimming pool to be warmed given we have 2 young kids, which didn't seem to be the case. Breakfast was great. Free wifi didn't work in the apartment (2 bedroom apartment). Didn't catch much sun on our balconies (3), but that was okay. We were on the National Park side which was great as if felt like you were surrounded by nature. We loved Noosa and will certainly go back to Noosa for future holidays.

The golf cart up and down the hill.
Mostly great. I feel with the amount of money spent their by the bride groom and guests the bride and groom should have had free breakfast with their room.

Change of name!! We wasted nearly an hour

Staff Position fluffy towels
Very annoyed and disappointed we were not informed of the change of name or given directions as to how to actually get into resort - barrier arm was down and we had no idea how to get in. We wasted nearly an hour trying to find Outriggers. Even after we p honed reception we had trouble - Signage is not good enough. We were not told we had stairs in our unit.My husband has just had a knee op so we had to move. NO MILK??? why not??

Will visit again

Excellent staff, location & room quality
I really enjoyed all aspects of the stay. Other than the privacy door tag blowing off in the breeze, (or being removed by another guest) and room service still knocking to check - as they should. All was really good.

Outlook onto Concrete wall

Staff, modern build/finishes, breakfast
We enjoyed the location of walking distance into Hastings St, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and well appointed, however it is VERY disappointing that the only rooms with any sort of view or outlook are the 3-4 bedroom villas. If you are travelling as a couple you have no option but to take a room that looks out onto a concrete wall, a road, or a towering 4 story building, which makes the 1 bedroom rooms very dark and quite depressing. Such a huge shame they didn't consider having some smaller rooms with the option of some sort of outlook, even if it demanded a higher rate. We won't be staying again.
