Super friendly people and a gorgous room
The hotel has a nice small pool area and looks like a temple. It's right in the centre but in a alley so there is no noise. The staff is super friendly amd helpfull, you get your breakfast on your veranda and have free tea and coffee during the day. The room is large and so is the bathroom. My only small remark is that the bathroom is like everywhere in indonesia, not really clean but clean enough ;) I would absolutely recommend to stay here!

value for money
beautiful house, very good location, friendly staff
It is such a pitty that the bathtub is so old and look so dirty because the house is beautiful and the location perfect. We enjoy the swimming pool and the breakfast was delicious. The staff is friendly too. We were on the 1st floor and we had nothing to compain but the room on the ground floor smell mould.for a short stay and traveler on budget it is a good choice.

Excellent stay in the heart of Ubud.
Excellent location, excellent value for the price, great pool to cool down after a hot day in Ubud
I had a pleasant 2 night stay. The rooms are very basic, yet have air conditioning, which you definitely want in Ubud. The rooms could stand a bit of modernization; the only outlet to charge my phone and camera was in the bathroom. Basic breakfast delivered to your porch: eggs, toast & fruit. The buildings are in a wonderfu, authenticl Balinese style. I would totally recommend this for the value. I think it would even be good for families on a budget, especially if they'd like to stay in the center of Ubud. Some reviews mention that the hotel is down a dark alley. That is true, but it seemed perfectly safe, and as a guy I had no problem with it.
