Good location.

Location, good rooms, location
On arrival, the staff asked us whether we want a room that's facing the main road which could be noisy, or would be want a quieter one. Naturally, we selected the quieter one. Little did we know that cellphone signals were almost non-existent and we had to put our phones on the window pane that's fronting a huge wall just to eke out 1 bar of signal which also comes and goes intermittently. However, rooms were great and you get what you pay for

Needs upgrades

It was close to our friends' homes, major road location offers many transportation options, the staff was professional and friendly.
The hotel is well run but the room could use some upgrades to the bathroom area. Our room had a "window" but light was completely blocked due to the proximity of an outside wall. Perfect if you need to sleep al day but it would have been nice to have some natural light. Internet was good and the front desk and front door personnel were very nice and professional. Be aware that they hold a 500 php (electronic) key deposit. This is the first time I have run into this in quite a while. I would rate it as a 2 or 2-1/2 star rating.

Not bad for a budget hotel. For breakfast, there is not much option. Location is only the key feature of this hotel.

Nice location

The location is good. It's very accessible either traveling by private or public transport. The room has enough space. However, during our stay there was a construction going on. You can hear the sound of drill but they accommodated us by transferring to another room.

Only the Location is ok. Anything else is a no no.

waited 40 minutes after check out just to get my deposit though i already have my deposit slip that the receptionist gave during check in. they said its mandatory to deposit 500 so how on earth was i able to get in my room if i don't have one. the rooms are not well maintained.the hot water in the toilet is not fully functional.
