Clean and helpful

The room and sheets towels were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good felt safe even though it's sort if in a backstreet but in the middle of lots of other hotels.
The staff were very friendly which was much needed in such a big, busy city. Tourist attractions were walking distance but when it was hot we got mototaxis which were a fun and cheap alternative. We were also advised about a local bus which was very handy and a nice little insight into public life. The breakfast was sufficient about 6 dishes to choose from. There isn't a lift so could be a problem for those with access issues but if your bag is heavy they have a hoist so no worries.

Not working aircon, small bed

Friendly staff
Air condition didn't work therefore it was a terrible night. Shower is not seperated from the rest of the bathroom it's next to the toilette so everything is wet after taking a shower. Breakfast is in the basement, would not recommend it, there are much better places to stay for the same amount of money.

The hotel staff is by far the nicest and most professional I have seen in Asia. The rooms are nice size and very clean...thank you so much.
From start to finish the stay was perfect. The staff treated me like family...thank you again

Fair enough

Good location. Cheap. Reliable staff
The hotel is in the backpackers' district and near tourist attractions. It is quite hard to locate the hotel if you'll be coming in late at night but you can always ask for the assistance of the staff. The staff in the hotel are reliable and speak good English. I got unlucky for being assigned in a room at the 5th floor. They have no elevator. The room is small with a very small shower room. I was not able to sleep comfortable in the bed though - itchy legs because of bed bugs.

Great location and friendly staff

The location is in a quiet alley in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The staff are helpful and nice. You pay about the right amount for what you get
We booked a superior double room with a window and city view. Unfortunately all superior rooms were set up as triples with a double bed and a single bed in a relatively small space. This meant that both beds were pushed up against opposite walls and the double bed (the smallest bed we had in 6 was of travel in Vietnam) could only be accessed from one side. It seemed a bit unnecessary to have the second bed in the room. Also the rooms with the window and city view seem to be only from 3rd floor up ie a lot of steps for not much view. We were given the option of the same size(and layout) room with a window that faced a solid brick wall about 6 inches away on the ground floor behind reception. What was a double room when we last stayed in this hotel (and what we thought we were booking) is now a family room with large windows facing out on to the alley . These rooms go from First floor and are probably the best rooms here. Breakfast was fairly limited in choice but freshly cooked and tasty enough.
