Its a very nice resort but its kinda secluded

Quiet - Spacious - Relaxed
It was great - but wifi connection is pretty weak. Its located away from town, the in route is pretty secluded and narrow. However, the chalet and suite is gorgeous and spacious. Clean and GREAT view. Cheers

Great stay

The view over the valley at breakfast is stunning. Staff is very friendly and accurate. Clean room
This place is suited a little out of Pai which suited us very well. The view over the valley from the pool and the restaurant is stunning. A broken light was fixed in no time and on request an extra blanket was delivered at the house. Great stay, but you need a car or motorbike to head into Pai

Beautiful bungalows / Poor service

The bungalow, view from the pool, peace and quiet
The resort is about 4 km from the center of Pai so it's a quiet and peaceful place but a quick trip on a scooter to town. The bungalow was gorgeous with a perfect layout. The bed was very comfortable and the porch was a nice place to chill in the evening. There was one staff member that spoke good English, who seemed to be the only one ready to help us with anything. With other staff communication proved to be somewhat difficult at times and they were either too shy or impatient to properly help us. Breakfast was also very poor as the heaters never seemed to be working so the food was cold and inedible. Despite the lackluster service and poor breakfast, I would go back for the bungalows and the atmosphere.

Big room

Big room, Quite, Nice view
I love this resort even it is outside the city around 5 km and you need to ride on very small road. Nice view to walk in the morning. Breakfast is nice. Only bathroom, too big and it have smell of pee. Please fix it. I stay in room no. S10, urgent checkout, forgot to tell this to the hotel stuff.

Great stay

Comfy bed, beautiful views, nice rooms
We had a lovely stay at Phu Pai, it was a bit out of town,10min drive, but we enjoyed that so we could relax a little, we hired a scooter to drive around which made it easy but they also had regular shuttles going in. The rooms were comfy and clean and private. The staff were very friendly. A lovely spot, we didnt want to leave!

Feels like home :)

The view, ambience, cleanliness
The first thing which greeted us was the spectacular view of paddy fields from the resort. The whole place is very serene with lots of greenery. The villas are quite spaced apart which allows for privacy yet at the same time kind of gives the feel of village living. The exterior of each villa is quaint and quite rundown looking, but the inside is surprisingly spacious!! The floors are very clean. You can shuffled around barefoot and it's just like being at home as it's almost dust-free. Toilet, shower area, dressing-room are all very well maintained. Furnishing is simple but thoughtful. Housekeeping is super efficient - on the days that we requested for no maintenance, the housekeeper brought us fresh towels and sheets! The one thing which could be improved would probably be the facilities for food. Breakfast is sufficient but quite limited in range and there aren't any hotels within the resort. The distance to the neighbouring town is quite far by foot so renting a motorcycle is highly recommended.
