Comfort and welcoming

Good breakfast Good location and good value
Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Although the buffet at dinner was so so. Location was great, around 15 min walk to ancient town. There are shuttle bus service to cua dai beach and ancient town. However the return bus comes 15 mins after arrive which isnt practical and the next bus will be 3 hours later. Flushing system was loud. Overall nice hotel.

An Oasis of calm

Location, Staff, Food, Pool
Such a relaxing experience after travelling from the North. Pool and spa was such a treat! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Always interested to chat and make conversation. The chef was always around and gave us some cooking tips and shared his wisdom! There's a little building work going on nearby but don't let it put you off! Grab a bike and go into town or to the beach! The private beach is nice, a little tricky to find but we'll worth it!

Nice hotel, but a bit of a walk to town

Pool, bed and the cafe across the road!
Efficient friendly staff. Very good breakfasts. Lovely pool, and the complimentary foot massage was a welcome bonus! Room was comfortable and clean. The minor drawback was location: it is a 20-30 minute walk to the Old Town on badly maintained streets and footpaths. Taxis are cheap though. There is an outstanding cafe directly across the road - run by lovely family who prepare beautiful fresh filled baguettes. We ate there every lunchtime!

Breakfast, afternoon staff, pool area
The room we had was very dated. We were given the room right over the lobby, also street side so it was very loud. After we booked another room at a different hotel they tried to make amends. Even though they had a free upgrade promotion online, which the night front desk person would not honour. We enjoyed our new hotel so much more.

Nice hotel in bad location

1. Pool 2. Helpful staff
The hotel located far from the center - they have free shuttle, but you need to book for them. the hotel himself is lovely - good pool and nice rooms, the staff is very helpful . For us the location is wrily important so we won't come back there. After we stayed there we took for the same price hotel in the center wve better!! So its not good value for money
