Far Far Away
Room design, pool,
The hotel is so far located from town. If you didn't stock up anything before heading to do hotel you'd had nothing to eat or drink. The hotel does have a mini-store but it closes down after 6pm. The rooms are very nice with decoration and amenities but its just not convenient cause of the location. Also, the hotel cleaning service does not come by to make-up the room on daily basis. My friends and I wouldn't go back to there.

Pineapple Hills hard to locate.
The pool,hot water,peace and quiet.
The resort is impossible to find after dark, the furnishings are old and very tired, the beds are very uncomfortable as is the settee, the blinds are broken and stained, there were two big cockroaches in the shower room and a scorpion came from under the kitchen units, the jacuzzi had no heater and was dirty, the BBQ had an electricity cable that was far too short to plug in for the ignition, the wardrobe sliding doors were worn out and would not slide in both rooms, the whole place is in need of refurbishment to lift it back to 4*, at present it's a 2* at best.It would be impossible to stay here without a car, there is nothing within walking distance....absolutely nothing! It's about 1-2 kilometres to 711, 4 kilometres to Tesco, and 6 kilometres to the beach. The beaches here are strewn with broken glass and stink of sewage....they're not good at all. The condo we had was next to the perimeter and over the wall was a hovel that stank and attracted flies, next to this was a small reservoir of water that was green and smelt of sewage, when the wind was in the right direction you could not use the roof area, and at night thousands of mosquitoes emanated from it. Apart from that, and the hugely marked up resort shop (50% mark up), it was fine....it you like the amount of feral cats and dogs roaming around attacking your rubbish bin. Oh yes! There is no security for your car, you either park on the road outside the site, or if that is busy, there is an unmade dirt pull in about 20 metres down the road.

Nice place
Very cozy place. Well off the main road, so quite. Sorounded by pineapple fields. Right off highway 4 so it is still close to drive to everything you want to do.

It's really good view, take a rest and peace.
Big room, nice accommodation and quiet.
Two main things of unsatisfaction. 1.the resort is quite far from the city center. So it needs to have a car. 2.Wifi is really bad, not stable and no signal of any mobile phone network. Two things of satisfaction 1.There is Jacuzzi on the rooftop. It's really good hill view. 2.The rooms are quite big and comfortable.

Repeat Stay
room size, kitchen, bed
I have stayed here several times, even after the name change. While the hotel is still an attractive option for the Hua Hin area, there are some problems that need addressing. Maintenance is not good and the rooms are starting to show the lack of good upkeep. This is unfortunate, as this used to be a great place. The furniture on the roof was unusable, the Jacuzzi never worked, and I didn't remember that there is no maid/cleaning service here. They will provide you with a broom to sweep your own room if you ask. If you stay here you will likely have a good experience, depending upon the room unit they assign you to. Some of the units are in better shape than others. In the past I stayed in better rooms where the Jacuzzi worked and the furniture was not broken. There is not a good option for public transportation, you need to have your own car. Keep in mind that the hotel is about 25 minutes from Hua Hin.
