Nice place to stay before catching a flight

Wifi cleaniness airport shuttle
8.7
We stayed few hours before our flight. The hotel is nice, room are nicer than the communal areas. Restaurant is convenient. Airport transfer means (to go to the airport) a free shuttle every hour. It would be great if they had an alarm service (but this is just because we missed our alarm and risked to miss the flight altogether!not the hotel's fault!)

Ok for an overnight stay, but you could do better

Location, free return shuttle bus, air con works.
5.3
This place is fairly close to the airport, but the room is of a fairly basic standard and a bit old and worn. Air con worked ok. The restaurant food seemed over-priced, and you can walk down the road to local market style eateries which have much more reasonable prices. A large bottle of beer at a nearby cafe cost 80 baht, whereas the hotel charged 120. The area is a bit drab, but convenient to airport. You could probably find a better standard room for a similar price in this area, but I guess it can be hit and miss, when booking online, as often the rooms aren't as nice as they seem in the photo's. Overall, it's ok for a short stopover, but was underwhelming.

Good location and thats about all

Location, airport transfer
5.3
The condition of hotel is worrying. It smells badly, bed linen is ripped and stained and in the bathroom there were hair in the shower from the previous guests. We stayed there fir 6 hours only between our flights and the airport transfer hotel offers is very convenient however we were scared to touch anything in the hotel and did not take shower as well because if the smell and state if bathroom.

Basic accommodation ok but awful location

The bed, aircon & bathroom all fine
5.3
I arrived at the airport 10am and the hotel shuttle doesn't pick anyone up there before 1pm so I had to get a taxi. The listing said there was a shuttle - not sometimes there is a shuttle. On arrival at the hotel, the miserable guy on reception said, 'Early check-in 100baht per hour'. I paid the money, got no receipt or anything else from him apart from the key and a young kid who presumably worked there took me to my room. The room & the hotel were (like me at the time!) a bit tired & jaded - they needed a good bit of TLC. The bed was ok the aircon workedand the bathroom ok although the shower was barely warm. The place is adquate for a cheap night but not nice. The ancient TV had 9 channels working, 1 in English - a Taiwanese news channel - fine if you're into Taiwanese news but the sound & picture were a bit naff. I went out of the hotel later and it is on a side street surrounded by light engineering works and car fettlers; there are some derelict corrugated sheeting dwellings and some blank lots that are used to dump rubbish - there's loads of it everywhere - it's like a landfill site. I assume it's all industrial waste or stray animals would rip all the bags open. The main road nearby has the usual seven eleven shops & similar plus plenty of food stalls but not much else. A word of warning to anyone with mobility or visual difficulties: the pavings and kerbs are in an awful state and require very careful navigation. Just one more point: the locals are friendly & helpful (unlike the receptionist of this place!).

I was not pleasant to stay in Plai Garden Boutigue Guest House. Staff was rude and uncooperative. They pick me up from Airport after 2 hours. They should tell us by email they charge extra for early check in but they didnot email or informed us.
