Theres something missing in the service area.

Cleanliness, location, facilities.
Normal, was not like a 'wow' or anything.

Welcoming to families

Stunning design, views and ambiance
The photos on agoda don't do this hotel justice. The design is stunning. If you're looking for 'traditional Thai' style hotel then this is not for you. The staff, views and food were wonderful.

Restful vacation

1. docor 2. food 3. layout of daybeds and lounging area
-everything was almost perfect, the view, the room, service. -only thing I would recommend them to improve is housekeeping services. No refills for any shampoo, conditioner, nor lotion, which 5-star hotels usually do, once you opened the first bottle already. She emptied trash bin but still some banana peels left in there, quite a turn off. -definitely recommend you to try. worth the money.

Perfect place to relax

Service, view, swimming pool
The hotel is in mint condition, with a very nice atmosphere, and amazing views on the sea. The resort has a lot of water features, well-groomed gardens ... The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of fresh juices (such as cocoa-banana), nice mains (cinnamon french toasts are yummy). 2 restaurants (one Thai, one Italian) offer good food selection, and great quality as well. Ingredients are fresh, and the chef has talent! The staff is always smiling and ready to help. Also try the activities organized by the hotel, such as the morning beach walk, muay thai ... Note the resort is very secluded, so going out for dinner (or anything) requires a long drive. However, one excellent restaurant -Breeze- is within walking distance.

Holistic retreat

Food, service, comfort
Had a good rest and relax weekend to restore some sanity to a hectic life. Totally worth it for the price and quality of service.

The excellent new hotel in Phuket

Swimming pool,the view,the room
It's excellent. The problem that I have is the wifi. I am check out 8.15 in the morning. I want to use my I pad to see something. But there is no connection anymore. I have fill the username, the password. But it still can't connect. There can't be cut off the wifi connection.i am check out in the very early morning. How if I check out for 12 o'clock noon. I can't do anything. My advice is before the customer check out it still can use the wifi connection. That's my bad experience. All over the hotel is excellent.

An exercise in understated style

The service, the spacious rooms, the food
We were looking online for hotels and we were tossing up between Como and a few other ones. Como was the furtherest from civilisation, a little pricier and the photos made the hotel look a little spartan. Boy were we wrong. Perched on top a hill, the views of the ocean are everywhere, from the pool, the restaurant, the spa, your room, you name it. The hotel space and rooms are absolutely stunning. The photos online don't do the hotel justice. The room is so spacious and comfortable we had to drag ourselves out every morning. Breakfast was delicious, the spa was amazing and worth every pricey cent. The pool is great for hanging out and the Thai restaurant, Nahmyaa was a highlight- southern Thai street food. Yes it is far from everything else. There's no getting around that. We drove and it took us roughly an hour to get to anywhere else in the island. But if you're just there for a weekend, there really is no pressing reason for you to leave the hotel. And yes, it is pricey. But the cheapest room- the veranda room was more than adequate and pretty plush already. The spa was also pricey, but somewhat worth it. Here's a tip- you don't have to pay for the spa to use their other facilities- smaller pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna. It's located above the main pool and it's more private.

Best Hotel Food in Phuket!

Service, Nice View, Food
Point Yamu is a place I would return over and over again. The food is excellent. I had the most wonderful breakfast at Point Yamu. They have set the benchmark so high now that I think it is hard for other hotels to beat. The room is nice and has a good view of the sea.
