Hotel very nice in Purple color. Entrance to hotel beside car workshop. But still easy to find. I came early and staff allowed me to check in early. Very nice staff and help full.

very slow check in. the reason was the hotel didnt print out the reservation from agoda, so they do not reserve any room for my parents. we were waiting there & the staff not even apologize on the mistake & keep on discuss between 2 of them of the empty room that available. it took 15 minutes to settle. they just pass the key assuming nothing happen!!

room was big and clean, so do the bathroom. made my stay more comfortable. very affordable. but there's no elevator especially for the old folks. they need to climb the stairs. internet connection is good. but the air-conditioned is quite low.

Helpful staff looked after any problems. A bit too far away from Taiping central. Cable TV only available on TV in the lobby area, not in rooms.
