A good night's rest

Clean, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms
An enjoyable and comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in an excellent condition and fairly big, with a very comfortable queen sized bed.

Accommodation Only

Secure Parking, Free Wifi, Spacious Room
The stay was good, excepting for the large noise volumes, other guests were very inconsiderate in terms of slamming doors, if a plan could be made regarding making the entrance doors close quieter or putting signs up to notify guests to please be considerate to other guests in the hotel regarding noise levels, it would make a huge improvement to one's stay!

Generally OK

Staff, restaurant,comfortable beds, bathrooms
Overall the hotel was fine. Rooms were clean, good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Just a few small niggles - only one international socket in the room and this was fitted so close to the top of the desk that you could not plug a UK plug in to it. Safe would not work - and no instructions how to use it anyway! Despite us staying in the middle of summer the pool was not maintained so not useable.Very helpful staff and decent food and very generous helpings in the restaurant.

bad hotel poorly maintained
Terrible, first day allocated a room that smells like a wet carpet, was moved 4 times because of the smell. Second day had to use cold water no one came to fix the water after I reported the next day same thing someone came to fix it, but wen I came back it was back to cold water. I was eventually moved to another room. Left a bottle of Remy Martini XO in a box it disappeared no one have seen it. We were forced to use one towel and one shower gel between me and my wife and even after I have requested for this to be addressed. I was told they are used to single guests. The other couples that came with me had the same experience and have vowed not to come back to this hotel. The outside of the hotel can do with some painting and renovation
