Thailand Trip

staff, service, location
When we arrived at our room there was a strong odor of mold and mildew. I have allergies to both. We called the front desk and they gave us another room, which was equally moldy. We called them again and they brought us to another room, which I could stay in. The only problem was that we were two single women, and only a double bed. They said "no problem" and changed out the beds. However, by the time they finished all that it was very early in the morning - and we had an early appointment. I was pleased at the level of customer service and commitment we were shown.

Spacious and enjoyable for family trip

1. Stayed in a deluxe room. It was quite spacious for a family. 2) Separate swimming pool for both kids and adult. 3) Good variety in brekfast.
Overall experience is good. Reception people are not friendly though. They need to improve on it. Family mart at ground floor helps a lot in case of emergency purchase. MacDonald, Tesco, BTS are nearby. One should use taxi or tuktuk while coming back to hotel at night because from BTS it's almost half kilo and that's a quite long walk if you are tired already and have children.

Visiting from abroad

More like a three and a half star to be honest. Definitely not a four star because the room was not very clean.

Recent stay at. President Park.

Inexpensive hotel.
Bad housekeeping services. Was charged for additional towels, the towels themselves have seen a fair amount of use and should have been replaced. They have dispensed with the 24/7 room service, you will need to the Food Mart or McDonalds. Complimentary water and coffee in the room was not replaced. Bi had to ask for it, which led to churlish behavior by the housekeeping folks. The breakfast place was jam packed, so I ordered it in the room, met resistance from the manager, who told me that there would be an extra charge, I told that was fine and when the breakfast came, the toasts were soggy, no salt and pepper, the eggs were over done. I definitely won't stay here next time.

Bad Staff
I was really displeased with the staff. At Around 11 PM I went back to the Hote;l Reception and requested them to provide a Sugar Sache. There Answer: You can Buy it from a Store outside.... I reached the breakfast table at 10:29 AM. The Staff Refused to provide any Breakfast. one of the Poorest Services i have seen in any part of the world. Worst Worst Worst..

Excellent Value

value, location, spacious
Overall, a great stay. We had a deluxe suite for such a low price I couldn't complain about a thing. It seems they were in the process of updating the rooms a bit at a time. We got an older room and the wear was showing, but I couldn't complain given the price we paid. The internet was so so, we appreciated the movie channel and the amenities of the suite (laundry, kitchenette, etc.). They were a bit chincy with the water bottles and we had difficulty with room service not speaking much english and therefore never putting our order in, or hanging up without confirming. The breakfast buffet left much to be desired if you are vegetarian or health conscious. However, you can't beat a suite for $65 a night!
