Good Location, Good Staff
The Staff are generally friendly here. I noticed that other reviews mentioned about a Zimbabwe nation staff and I believe this is the same which I have encountered. He has been very helpful from opening the main door for us when we arrived with items in our hand, provided us washing powder when there wasn't any in the room. On the final day when we had to check out early, I had specifically requested for breakfast to be packed and collected from counter with him. On the day of checkout, he delivered the breakfast at 7AM to my room instead. Note that breakfast is usually only available from 7.30AM onwards. I can't say enough of his service attitude. I did not managed to get his name. The location is good, near to supermarkets and underground. Most attractions even the further ones are within 30mins underground. I was staying on the 4th floor and hence I did not have issues of the upper floor noises. The floor is indeed slightly too thin and you would have to walk very lightly to prevent noise. There are bar and hostel nearby and flights frequently flying by to Heathrow airport for landing hence some noise. Had encountered a fight next to the apartment which disturbed our sleep as we had the windows open. One thing to note, the aircon is not cold. We had to open the windows and sleep without the blankets. This is in a sub 10degree temperature.

Not good experience
Access to tube
Disappointed with behavior of one staff who implied that we r too uncivilized by taking bath on the floor simply cos of leaks observed downstairs. Came into room n Insisted my son get out of shower but proven their assertions r wrong. Not going back there.

Good location but old hotel
Location, location and location. This place is very near to underground station that goes to many tourist places and goes to airport as well. This place also near grocery store
The hotel is situated stragetically with underground is only less than 5 mins walk away. This is an old hotel. I booked the king suite for a family of 4 and I thought there will be a balcony (as in the picture), but there was no balcony. Everything inside is pretty standard. Old 2 sofa beds which were too soft. Old washing machine/dryer which wash ok but drying is a pain and took long. Washing detergent was not provided and the soap to wash dishes in the machine was never refilled. Depending who is the cleaner, you dont get the same standard of cleaning - sometimes ok but sometimes they dont even clean the floor. Old air con as well hence not cold. Luckily we were there during winter so we just opened the window. Hot water for shower worked ok. The hotel did not provide ironing board. In general it is like a 3 star hotel. I think with the per room rate there should be better apartment somewhere else.

Very near to restaurants and tube
Location , cleanliness and efficiency of staffs
Very satisfied with the accommodation. The breakfast was abit boring. If have more varieties will be nicer. You can hear footsteps from upstairs. But bearable.. Nice thing is it is close to tube which makes travelling very convenient.

Noisy! Noisy from stomping on the floor above and noisy from the hallway. The Internet was terrible constantly dropping off. The furniture is rundown and couch was stained. Bathrooms are so tiny there's hardly room to move. Quite disappointed. The hotel was recently taken over by new owner and management and they admit the place needs to be overhauled.

Horrible Basement Rooms, Poorly Designed
Free Oxygen, Secure Enterance, Running Water
Horrifically overrated, this should be a 2.5 or 3 star at the most. Very small poorly designed rooms with the majority below ground. If you like the feel of a WW2 bunker with shag carpet in the hallways this place is great. Walls needed painted, bathroom sink is miniscule...internet didn't work for myself or my colleague in his room.

weekend in London
Location is very convenient . Price is good Bedding and towels were excellent
Our stay was pleasant . The location was very convenient. 5 mins from underground station. Supermarket near apartment as well as shops and eateries including a nice pub that serves meals all day. So very convenient . The apartment was nice including a little balcony , 24 hour hotel service. However the cupboards were difficult to open. We Will be happy to come back again.
