Great deal
Cheap, easy, convenient
We got exactly what we paid for, a cheap place to sleep. We felt safe and the staff was very nice.

Great price but you get what you pay for.
It was close to the Goldeb Gate Bridge, it was very affordable, it had free parking which is rare in San Francisco.
You get what you pay for and we payed little so expect little.

terrible and expensive
Good free WiFi and HD TV
one of the worst motels where i have ever stayed. expensive!. except for many layers of white latex paint on the rooms' walls, little has changed since the 1960's. the staff, who knew how to efficiently swipe a credit card, didn't even know how to call a taxi. find someplace else in the neighborhood as many motels there have been refurbished and have an efficient friendly staff. although the elevator worked but was very slow, its operating california permit had expired over a year ago.

Not bad for travel with minimum wages!
Distance from downtown. Easy to take a ride a bus
It was not bad. Room was quite clean ans cozy. But breakfast was not good enough. Just coffee and piece of bread was all. It better not call breakfast but snack. It's location was not bad. Easy to take a bus and going to downtown was not far from hotel but that's all.

Decent Hotel in very good location
Location is excellent and rooms are well maintained
We had heard really bad reviews about this hotel, especially about the bed bugs but we are very pleased to say we had a very enjoyable stay here at a reasonable price. Rooms are large and clean, enough said.

the worst hotel ever
nothing
They did the most horrible service. The only thing I liked was there was a parking lot.

Great location but rooms were not sub par.
Close to some fine bars and restaurants.
We were told we could not check in early and then later we could check in early. We were given a room with only a bolt lock and no door knob. Room had no refrigerator and hotel had no ice machine. Used towels were taken but not replaced. Other than that, Rooms were fairly clean.

Great Location, Average Rooms
Fantastic Lombard location, Cheap
We stayed at the Presidio Inn for Outside Lands and it served our purposes well: an affordable motel in the City NOT in the Tenderloin District. It was great to stay off of Lombard and take either the bus or a cab to the festival each day. As for the room, it was nothing special but clean and contained a full kitchenette. There was a nice view of the city on the outside balcony and the staff was pleasant. Only problem here is parking, but luckily we got one of the 6-8 parking spots available for the whole weekend. Overall a great stay in SF.

Disaster
nothing
I was supposed to stay for 2nights. In the morning on the second day, I found out that somebody got my room for somehow. The manager gave my room to another just because the maid told him there was an empty room with no one. The manager insisted that it was wrong of me to leave the room. Who stays just in the hotel room during the trip? I’d just lost my room with no reason. That was a situation like a disaster.
