Bathroom is small and not in good condition
location, internet, security
Our stay was not really good. first day, hot shower was not available. shower enclosure is already falling apart. hard to control the shower water temperature after it was fixed. room was smelly maybe coming from the toilet and the bed linen and sheets.

you can find something better value for your money
locatiom and cafe down stairs
Hotel was accomdating letting us check in early...however the bathroom was horrendous. It smelt so bad and the shower barely worked (options were scalding hot or freezing cold water). They didn't clean our room during our stay. The bed linen was thin and uncomfortable. It wasn't very clean overall and only one power point worked. FIND SOMETHING ELSE FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU WOULD BE PAYING.

AVOID PRINCE OF VIA VENETO
1. It was only for a few nights 2. it was cheap 3. not a bad location
rooms very basic dirty and mouldy. No sign on outside of b&b to let u no where it is, no reception or anyone who understands english in the b&b, very out dated and not like the pictures at all. Around a 15 minute walk to the major sights of rome although everything on way back is up hill. the breakfast was 1 croissant that was stale and was the same every morning no butter or jam to put on it and either a tea or coffee.

Great B&B that located in heart of Rome
Close to attractions, nice local restaurants, great, quiet rooms
This B&B is a great price for what you get. It has a bed consisting of 2 single beds, a tv, a closet, and a bathroom. Do not expect to receive a hotel-style accommodation, however, it has a lot of character. We stayed for 3 nights, and we could not have been happier with what we got for the price. It is within walking distance (less than 30 min) from almost all major attractions that you would want to see in Rome (including the Coliseum and Roman Forum). It is about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and there is a Metro from there to the Vatican, as well as most other major attractions, so it should be easy to find a way to all of Rome. The B&B itself is very nice, and was clean when we went in. The shower is a little weird, as there is no stand to connect to the shower faucet to, but this was not in itself a problem. Also, for breakfast, we received a voucher which we could take down to the cafe below to get a pastry and coffee (which is typical Italian breakfast fare, so this was expected). Do not expect a full, American style continental breakfast. Overall, it is a great value for what you get in terms of comfort, privacy, and location.

Great location
The staff was very helpful. Tidy and clean rooms.
The room was tidy and clean. Great location, you can go for sightseeing in a few minutes by bus or train. But the greatest of all was its staff, very friendly, kind and helpful in everything we needed. Low rates and breakfast included. Value for money.
