will my stay was short ,being in between transit there was a lot of shopping and resturants you can catch a ride on the river boats that go by every 5 minuts to destanations unknowen close to train station and a 10 minute taxi ride to victory monument, were you catch the b.t.s and endless entertainment.
Shopping Tip: the basment of this building retales all your holliday clothes.

I really enjoyed the stay

Great room, great breakfast buffett, neat neighbourhood

The check in was efficient, so was check out. The hotel was quite good. Loved the breakfast, aslo the room. Elevators were very busy mid morning, but other than that it was fine. Check out the mall in the first 6 floors of this tower (The Hotel starts on the 11th floor) the deals are spectacular and the 6th floor has a food court where real Thai food is just 35 - 50 baht a dish. great place to keep the budget in check.
Restaurant Tip: 6th floor food court in the same tower complex as this hotel was cheap, wide sellection and good food. 40 or 50 baht for most meals. I liked the stewed pork leg - yum!

Always great

Location , price, friendly
8.7
have now stayed here a total of 5 times now, never has their standards ever dropped. always a smile and friendly throughout our stay. lokk forward to seeing all again in the coming years. location is just for us, easy access to everything that bangkok has to offer. rooms excellent, breakfast as we have come to expect here is great, loads of options for all. facilites in the hotel are second to none. would recomend this hotel for all customers be you regular or new visitors to bangkok.a quality hotel at very reasonable prices. look forwars to coming back again. thankl you all at prince palace.
Shopping Tip: Very close to Khao San Road but far enough to get a sleep at night without the early morning drunks. A gem.

exemplary hotel, rude housekeeper

excellent facilities and very comfortable suites
8.7
its an awesome place to stay. we decided to hang around the hotel instead of going around the city for the last 2-3 days of our vacation. perfect place to relax and feel like a king/queen. on that note, we were lucky to have seen the king and queen during our stay :) unforgettable experience all in all
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: do not avail of the travel packages offered at the lobby - it is very expensive! attractions are accessible by public transport and admission charges are much much cheaper than what they charge in the packages. also, ask the personell to get you a cab or haggle with the tuktuk. caucasians are usually charged 300-500baht from the hotel to anywhere 20mins away, asian tourists are charged 100-300baht for the same distance. have a local talk to the driver first before boarding a taxi/tuktuk.

Nice and big hotel with friendly service but the hotel room is old and the room-attendance could not communicate in English. No Slippers in the hotel room. 10min by taxi to the City and riverside.

hotel ok but not a good location

Nice pool area on 11th floor. But rather pricy food and drinks.

Located in a market area, mostly clothing. A few convenient stores nearby but no restaurants or shopping. Several restaurants in hotel though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Not too far from old town. Possible to walk if you are fit.

Really a Prince's Palace

very Big Hotel
6.3
Very big hotel like a Buckingham palace (I thought I need a taxi to go to one building to other when I went there 1st time). But the rooms are not that big compare to the corridoors. I had to call the service people to get the coffee and sugar for the room. Even the balcony was locked due to the security reasons. But my children really admired the hotel, when walking from several wings of the building. Spa was better than the Swimming pool as very ordinary. In the night there were NO shops or eating places were opened near by.
Hotel Feature Tip: as the hotel is so big you should prepare to walk on your own like in an airport. porters will bring your bags though.
