The staff very friendly. I strongly recommend to all of you which one come to Lovina for dolphins tour.

The room was clean and nice. The room smelled great. The bathroom condition, however, was a bit disappointing. It could be better.

You can sit in the big fresh water pool and look out at the ocean. There are big downsides, though. The room we got was smelly and really beat up. It seems like the place was built in the 60s, decorated in the 70s and last painted and updated in the 80s. A little tlc would go a long way. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was okay.

Staff help with what ever you want to do - make a phone call, organize activities & transport, entertain our Balinese friends. Many staff work together to clean rooms quickly - even when you are still there. Beautiful garden view in sunshine & to watch torrential rain storms. Good birdwatching too. Very close to town. We will definitely stay here again.
