Claudia F. Casal Portugal, 16 de Agosto de 2012	Bom hotel, bem localizado quarto grande 7,3 O hotel estava muito bem conservado, estivemos uma otima estadia. O staff foi muito acolhedor e simpatico. A localizacao era muito boa, a 5 min a pe da praca do senado e das restantes atracoes turisticas da cidade, e muito perto da estacao dos autocarros A3 ou A10 que vao para o terminal de ferry para hogkong. A internet no quarto nao funcionava nada bem. Dica de restaurante: O quarto que reservamos nao tinha pequeno almoco incluido, no entanto, ha uma pequena pastelaria local na Rua do Bocage mesmo ao lado do hotel que vende uns bolos muito bons. ha ainda um seven eleven para comprar leite ou cafe

Viajante solitário Brazil, 7 de Dezembro de 2011	Hotel simpático com boa localização Localização, arrumação, simpatia do atendimento 8,3 fiquei 3 noites em macau e este hotel se prestou bem as minhas necessidades. para quem tem disposição de andar, com cerca de 15 minutos chega-se no largo do senado. o quarto era bom mas senti falta de tomadas e o sinal da internet estava instável. tive que usar o notebook ligado na tomada do banheiro. havia também muitos hóspedes chineses conversando alto no corredor por volta das 7h. o colchão e roupa de cama muito bons!

Safety was also a big factor in my enjoying my stay. Proximity to the airport, public transport, restaurants, casinos,and shopping areas all contributed to a very pleasant and memorable. It was my first trip to Macau and my first stay at your hotel. I will definitely be back in Macao and in your hotel.

The wifi didn't work when we were there which is a minus. Adapters were blocked by furniture, don't think that has to do with us having a third bed in the room, just poor planning cause the third bed was places in front of the window thus the room didn't seem to have been rearranged. Not the most central hotel, however it is a small city so you don't have to stay central to be close to entertainment.

The Filipinos in the staff were quite helpful. 4,3 I did not expect that this hotel is a little bit far from the center of Macau. The hotel rooms need some renovation. The carpets should either be replaced with new ones, or should be done away with, once and for all. If ever I plan to return to Macau in the future, I don't think I would go back to this hotel. I am also quite surprised and disgusted that the taxi drivers in Macau can't speak or understand a single word in English.
Florence J. Casal Philippines, 22 de Abril de 2013	A good hotel close to famous attractions, close to bus terminals, friendly staff 7,3 Our stay in the hotel was OK. I was impressed with their nice lobby. I requested for a large bed on the reservation, but when we arrived we were given a room with two single beds. They said it's because of high influx of tourists on weekends. But then, we just pushed the beds together so it would look like a bigger bed. They had an old CRT TV, which was fine with us, because we didn't watch much TV anyway, we spent all day around the city. The bath tub looked old, specially where you drain the water, it's quite rusty. We have to walk a little bit on the main road to get a taxi, which took a while to find one. It's also close to the bus terminal, we just need to know where we want to go and select the bus number that goes to the correct route.
