Pricing is reasonable. 9 Although the spa shower was faulty upon check-in but the staff was responsive and managed to fix it within half a day despite telling me that it is going to be a 2-day job. They even did service recovery which is a very nice thought of them. They also never fail to ask if I need breakfast and housekeeping service the next day even though I have rejected them upteen times. Their service is worth complimenting. But the housekeeping needs to take note not to leave anything behind after the room is made. The groutings need to be touch up and made good. but overall experience is very good.

Casal United States of America, 28 de Abril de 2013	RIght in the heart of Ximending Location is excellent, breakfast is small but staff are very attentive, area attractions 6,3 The hotel has a great location just off from the Red House and Ximending area, meaning it also is right beside the MRT station. While the outside of the hotel is not so easy to find walking by, and the lobby is rather small, it is altogether a comfortable place. We enjoyed our two nights stay there and were surprised enough by the

Staff was very friendly and reminded us on the cheeck out timing. However, breakfast isn't buffet type and was only given an option of two choices. No qualms about it since it is very near XiMending.

The room is very clean, spacious & the drinks in the fridge are complimentary (soft drinks & water) 8,3 Our room is very pretty and nicely decorated except that it is quite spacious. The only problem is that the room does not come with a bathtub. I had assumed that all rooms comes with a bathtub and hence did not request for it in my booking form. The toilet door is also make of glass and is quite transparent.
