Partly because of loads of traffic just outside, starting in the early morning (6 am or so), and because of the incredibly loud aircon. The prices are overall quite high. Just go to the other restaurants around, they have better food and better price than the on site "art café". Breakfast is very sparse, you don't even get juice! And you need to tell them to fill up the breadbasket and fruit all the time otherwise there's nothing out. The staff is friendly and the massage is good though.

Dont book official tour to island or Bohol city from travel agent, you can just do some negotiation when you are there at the beach, offer is much cheaper 2. If you do not want to get headache, get away from those restaurants near each other with live band!
