boa localização mas muito caro

Embora fique em frente ao world trade center os quartos são velhos assim como as mobilias, o wc náo estava bem limpo e o pequeno almoço pouco variado
não vale o preço que se paga

So so.. Good enough for just sleeping and work.. It's close to world trade centre. Close to the beach.

Close to train station, cheap for Colombo
air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, close to the sea front for evening stroll and cheap local eats, close to the station

The hotel was okay for our 1 night stopover. We went for this hotel because it was close to the train station for our 6am train out of Colombo. It was also the cheapest in the fort area at the time of booking. The rooms were of a good size and the bed, shower and A/C all worked perfectly well. The room and elevator smelled of damp, which wasn't great but was fine for us given the short stay. The room was quite dingy too. There was a good rooftop bar serving drinks and food (we didn't eat though). All in all it was okay for us spending minimal time in the room as the cheapest in the area for one night, the quality in terms of value for money wasn't great though and you get a lot more for your money elsewhere in Sri Lanka (and truth be told in the UK).

A below average hotel
Staff, nearest to beach, 2 min to WTC

Staff are friendly but the hotel is below average one, less spacious rooms with no free wifi and bathroom are rusty - bring your own room slippers as there would none available. Its 4 min walkable to the beach.
