Casal Singapore, 21 de Maio de 2013	Small but comfortable and well-furnished Efficient housekeeping, well furnished, very clean 9,3 Booked 2 rooms "comfort with internet" and stayed for 4 nights after seeing good reviews on agoda. Went on this trip with my boyfriend, cousin and her hubby. We were very pleased that hotel offers 24hr check-in instead of the usual 2pm as offered by most hotels. We arrived around 1pm and were able to check-in. Hotel is walking distance to many bakeries, cha chan tengs, Chinese restaurants and McDonald's. We were able to settle for breakfast and supper in the vicinity and it is really convenient. Hotel is also very near to Olympic station, a good 10mins stroll. Otherwise, shuttle service is available to places like mongkok station where Langham Place (a shopping mall) is, Kowloon, ICC and more. When we required assistance or any other recommendations, hotel front desk's staff are always very willing to help us. The room is smaller as compared to international standards it we were very surprised to find that they are very well equipped with amenities like toiletries, mini bar, fridge, electric kettle, hair dryer, safe box, and our favorite would be the iPod docking station. We find the speed of wireless remarkable as it is really fast, very convenient if we wanted to check our mails and do some last min research before heading out. Housekeeping service is amazing as the housekeeper never fails to arrange our footwear neatly and is very fast. One day we went out at 8am for breakfast and when we returned to hotel at 9am, housekeeping was already done. Very impressive! Hotel also provides sales of ocean park tickets. We would stay in this hotel again without a doubt!

Location, Service, Favorable Price 9,3 The room is very clean,and the bed is comfortable.The location is great, easy to get to the metro and bus station.Taxi from the hotel and CFT only takes 15~20min, about 29 HKD(+10HKD)..Great stay there.

High speed wifi, free shuttle bus to prime locations in Hongkong, cosy and clean room 7,7 Went to Hongkong for honeymoon and stayed at Cosmo Hotel Mongkok for 7 nights. My stay at Cosmo was a fantastic one. The staff speak fluent English and were very attentive and helpful. The wifi in the hotel was strong. Another plus point would be the free hourly shuttle bus to 3 prime locations. The room was small but was very cosy and clean!

Viajante solitário Malaysia, 18 de Maio de 2013	Convenient to Mongkok with the free bus shuttle Helpful staff, good size room (for Hong Kong std), cold air-cond 8 Hotel provides free shuttle bus pickup from Kowloon Airport Express Station on hourly basis. Not too convenient to reach MTR (close to 10 minutes leisurely walk). Convenient to take hotel free shuttle to shopping areas in Mongkok and Canton Road. Staff are very friendly, not often the case in some HK hotels at these price range.

Casal Singapore, 17 de Maio de 2013	Good for those on a budget Clean rooms, great service and fast check-in/out 7,3 It was pleasant, mainly because of the clean rooms, very attentive staff and fast check-in/out processes. My biggest discontent with this hotel is the extremely small bathrooms, there was barely enough room to turn around! It's alright for couples and friends, but if you're travelling with kids or with elderly, I would advise against the comfort rooms. Plus, the hotel is not very well known among cab drivers, so getting back to the hotel via taxi may be difficult.

It provides free shuttle bus to neighbouring shopping complexes 7,7 It looks like a new hotel. We stayed in a family room for 4 persons .The room is reasonably priced with breakfast. The hotel could be reached from the olympic MTR station (around 15 minutes walk), but one has to be aware that the hotel sign board could not be read from far. The shuttle bus stops at the Mongkok and Kowloon stations, so you could use the MTR system with no hassle.At night it is quite and we can sleep well. There are plenty local food nearby hotel.

Claire W. Casal Philippines, 11 de Maio de 2013	At home away from home Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed 9 This hotel has a shuttle that can drop you off to the tourist spots in Hongkong. They would also have time to fetch you again, just remember to ask the schedule at the front desk. Be sure to ask for the room that is far from the elevator so that you won't get to hear the sound of the elevator at night time. We stayed at 15th flr and it was so nice because it has a nice view.
