Very good service by hotel staff. 10 Great location plus great service by hotel staff. Clean and large rooms. Easy access to any transport and to shopping areas in tsim sha tsui. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is excellent. Great value for your money.

Superb food in hotel, as well as restaurants in vicinity. Access to MTR, taxis, ferries to China and HK Central. 10 Our stay was simply fabulous. Sumptuous breakfasts, with wide array of Chinese and Western choices. Wonderful service and polite and helpful staff. The location is much better than at Central, where we often used to stay, because shopping and dining choices are more varied. And the quick and easy access to transportation, particularly ferries to China, Macau or Hong Kong Central, which practically are next door. Including nearby MTR stations and taxi stands. The taxi fare to the airport was actually cheaper than what it cost us from Central or Causeway Bay.

Room was nice and clean, cold air conditioning and fast internet. 9,3 Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff offered us if we wanted for an additional fee of 550hk per day, we get a breakfast for 2 and be able to check in early and check out late at 2pm. I agreed with the offer and everything went smoothly until we were told that we need to check out at 1pm. I reminded the front desk about the offer given to me but the person who offered it failed to write it down. So, he gave us a compromised deal to check out at 1:30pm. Lesson learned that next time the front desk offered something I have to have them write it down in front of me.
