This was supposed to be second only to Marriot Medan i was told, but alas, besides good check-in staff at the counter, nothing else is up to even a 3-star standard : Very slow lounge service (incl checking bills), housekeeping and room service is almost 0-standard, non-adjustable acir-con rooms, etc. u name the bad things, they prob do it there in Aston Medan.
