The Resort Garden is really nice as well as the bamboo house area close to the sea. However, the room is relative simple comparing with its price. What I have to say is their breakfast. They serve it as a set and they never change their menu. You even don't have an option for your breakfast. Everyday the same thing make me really sick of the breakfast at the end. The location is quite and private but a bit far away from Alona beach, 15 minutes drive and there are no restaurant around the hotel, not convenient at all. There are so many other resort in the PangLao with much better price performance than this one.

My wife and I agree that it would've been nice to stay another night but we were island hopping. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again

Casal New Zealand, 6 de Outubro de 2012	Bad food bad room bad manager Friendly staff nice mangrove bridge walk 5,7 When we first arrived one of the staff greeted us (who was very nice to us all the time) while the manager ignore our arrival and played on his computer . While we where wait a korean couple arrived and the manager jump up and greeted them straight away even thought the same staff member welcome them also. We notice that when others arrived thought out the week which wher also korean the manager greeted them and always tended to there need not once did he speak to us. This type of racist behaviour to none korean is discussing. The hotel was in poor repair the filipino staff where friend and kind same about the manager. Not Korean you are treat like second class

Casal Netherlands, 4 de Junho de 2012	unique hotel resort mangrove woods and three pools 9,3 wonderfull place to stay, the rooms are clean and ok in size. the 3 pools are very big and deep. and the mangrove woods with bridges are really fun to walk thorugh and a unique experience. for europeans and americans the place to stay Dica de visita turística/atracções: see hinagdagan cave. nice cave where u can also swim in the cold pool. closeby is a expenseive natureresort with wonderfull food

Família com crianças mais novas Uzbekistan, 7 de Janeiro de 2013	красивые резоты тишина 9 Приветливый персонал .тихое спокойное место.минус однообразные завтраки.и редко ходит шатл автобус до пляжа.самим добираться надо платить 150 песо в один конец.большой плюс большие бассеины.и чистота гостиниц.Будьте внимателтны при бронирование если у вас сайт выдает ошибку или технические проблемы не бронируйте больше.что бы не повторять наших ошибок..потому что потом вы от агоды не добьетесь правды.я уже неделю жду ответа на свои ЯЗАПРОСЫ КТО БУДЕТ ОТВЕЧАТЬ И ПЛАТИТЬ ЗА ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ОШИБКЕ НА САЙТЕ..но начну попарядку из за технических ошибок на сайте я забронировала два раза в одной гостинице.а точнее в гранд сан сет резотах .но узнали мы об этом только когда приехали в гостиницу.оказалось.хотьь и были технические ошибки.но деньги с карточки постояно снимались.обещали вернуть оишь потому что на наше счастья в гостинице больше не оказалось свободных номеров.но если бы было.я бы окапзалась счастливой в ковычках обладательницей 5-6 номеров.так как мы пытались бронировать .не сколько раз Dica de visita turística/atracções: Советую съездить на шоколадные холмы.в эту экскурсию входит -бабочки.по реке на теплоходе-мини с обедом.памятники культуры.церковь.

Casal South Korea, 5 de Fevereiro de 2013	느낌이 참 좋은 리조트 리조트내 수영장이 괜찮았고, 리조트와 연결되어 있는 맹그로브숲이 환상적임 7,3 지배인이 참 친절하고 인상이 좋아 기분까지 좋았습니다. 스탠다드를 예약했다가 방이 없어서 본이 아니게 허니문방을 배정받아 묵게 되었는데, 로또까지는 아니었지만, 횡재한 기분? ㅋㅋㅋ 그란데의 제일 큰 특징인 맹그로브숲을 가지고 있는것 인데, 안가보고는 말을 할수 없는 너무 아름다운 숲 입니다. 늦은밤에 반딧불이를 볼수 있다고 하는데, 밤에 가보지는 않았지만, 너무 좋을것 같아요. Dica de características do hotel: 맹그로브숲! 두말이 필요없음. 너무 좋음~~^^

Casal South Korea, 19 de Dezembro de 2012	"맹그로브 숲이 너무 아름다워요" "넓고 조용한 친전하고 아름다운 호텔" 8,7 위치는 알로나 비치에서 좀 멀지만 셔틀을 운행하고 있어 시간만 잘 맞추면 좋아요~ 맹그로브 숲은 정말 예쁘구요. 아마도 여기서만 볼 수 있는 아주 좋은 뷰라고 생각해요~ 연인끼리 받는 마사지도 괜찮구요~~ 알로나 비치에서 마사지하는 사람들을 불러서 해주는 것 같아요. 근데 시원해서 좋았어요 식사도 맛있었구요~~ 한국 음식도 있으니 드셔보세요 저희는 안먹었찌만요 가족단위로 가기 좋은 것 같아요~~ 연인끼리도 강추합니다!!
