Viajante solitário United States of America, 17 de Dezembro de 2012	Wonderful little hotel - a real find awesome breakfast, wonderful staff, beautiful building, very convenient location 9,7 The hotel comprises two floors of an apartment building in Charlottenburg. The rooms are small but have everything you need. They make up the rooms each day and even provide clean towels, soap and shampoo - not something I expect at all for this price! Breakfast is a very nice continental breakfast (I never needed lunch while I was staying there!), and the staff are very kind. The location couldn't be better - a ten minutes' walk from the bus station (with service to Tegel airport) and half a block from the U Bahn.

Double are ok in size. all rooms are basic. old dirty building entrance. Downstair bell doent work. Ring the bell and push the door at the same time to open. Breakfast is good. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurants in plenty for lunch / dinner within 5 minutes walk. Can be recommended due to location. Dica de restaurante: Savigny platz is 5 minutes walk, or so many restuarnts on Kant str & K dam, just 5 minutes walk.

Viajante solitário Denmark, 28 de Setembro de 2012	Cheap and basic hotel by Ku'damm Location, cheap, clean 6 This hotel is nothing special, but it was ideally placed for my trip, just off Ku'damm, and it is both cheap and clean, and the breakfast is quite good for this no-frills category. The wifi is free but intermittent, and I could only catch it in one corner of the room. The bed was quite squekay but otherwise ok.

And the boiler was quite old, it always make big sound when I take shower. But it was very comfortable and nice to staying there for three nights.

Petit-déjeuner à volonté dans charmante salle à manger. je retournerai dans cet hotel pour un prochain séjour à Berlin.

Ich hatte ein Budget Zimmer gebucht, also waren meine Erwartungen begrenzt, aber ich wäre abgereist, wenn nicht schon bezahlt gewesen wäre. Das Zimmer war klein, zugestellt und abgewohnt. Das Einzelbett war durchgelegen und so ganz sauber war es im Raum nicht. Toilette war auf dem Flur, nicht abschliessbar und wurde von mehreren Zimmern geteilt. Das kostenlose WLAN war im Zimmer nicht mehr zu empfangen

Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Kostenloses Wifi im Zimmer. 7 Der Hotelempfang des Hotel Eden (gefühlte **) und unser Zimmer 14 liegen auf dem 2. Stock-wenn man nicht fußkrank ist, kein Problem. Ebenfalls kein Problem ist das Parken auf der Straße mit kostenlosem Sondererlaubnis-Schein von der 24h-besetzten Rezeption. Das Personal ist bemerkenswerterweise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe von U- und S-Bahn, die Innenstadt ist in Minutenschnelle erreicht. Das Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet, ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, es wird aufmerksam gepflegt und ist besonders auf der Hofseite sehr leise gelegen. Schwachpunkt des auf preisbewussten Tourismus ausgelegten Hotels sind die zu den Zimmern gehörenden Badezimmer. Es ist in unserem Fall extrem klein und unerträglich laut. Bei der kleinsten Wasserentnahme oder Toilettenspülung bringt ein Hebewerk das Abwasser auf höheres Kanalniveau. Dessen Geräuschpegel empfanden wir wie das Rattern eines Abbruchhammers. Jeder Frühaufsteher ist der Aufmerksamkeit der erweiterten Nachbarschaft sicher. Das Frühstück entspricht gutem mitteleuropäischem Standard und überrascht, gemessen an dem niedrigen Übernachtungspreis. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Innerhalb der bemerkten Kriterien ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Viajante solitário Germany, 19 de Janeiro de 2013	Einfaches Hotel, keine drei Sterne wert Preis 4,3 Das Hotel liegt im 2.OG eines alten unrenovierten Hauses und kann nur über eine sehr steile Treppe erreicht werden. Die Zimmer sind auf verschiedene Wohnungen verteilt. Die Flure sind ebenfalls lange nicht renoviert worden und es stehen verschiedene Dinge achtlos abgestellt herum. Das Einzelzimmer war ca 2x3m klein und die Möbel stammen vermutlich aus den siebziger Jahren. Das WC ist auf dem Gang und ist eigentlich der Heizraum. Das Hotel macht einen runter gekommenen Eindruck und die Einzelzimmer haben nicht mal Hostel-Niveau. Dica de características do hotel: keine
