Staffs are very nice, I check in early.. At 7am.. They still give me the room without extra charges. The bed is so comfort. The spa is nice... Close to University station. 5 mins walk. 15 minutes to centre. Shatin

comfortable stay in the outskirt of Hong Kong

We stayed again at Shatin Hyatt for a night's family gathering. We picked its quiet location and made use of the spacious facilities and delicious buffet. My brother's family has young children and mine are older. The kids enjoyed swimming and hanging out inside the hotel and we didn't have to go out to other places. A nice bonus is upon check-in, the front desk immediately upgraded me to a deluxe room which was incredibly spacious. That made my stay extra relaxing-the whole purpose of the trip.

Wonderful getaway from HK's buzzing city life
Great pool, great gym, great restaurants, and great relaxing vibe.

It was to be a family getaway from HK island, and a wonderful one it was. We were upgraded to seaview interconnecting rooms; the Tolo Harbour-Ma On Shan view is breathtaking day and night. Shatin is a relative short taxi ride to Sai Kung's wonderful waterfront, whereby we spent a nice relaxing late afternoon and dinner. Besides the great pool and amenities of the hotel, Shatin18, the reasonably priced Michelin rated restaurant is a great added bonus.
