Se tiver reservado um quarto de hotel através de Agoda e depois nos mostrar que pode reservar o mesmo quarto para as mesmas datas a um preço mais baixo, que esteja apresentado e possa reservado através de outro sítio Web, iremos equiparar esse valor ou superá-lo.

1. O nosso “Melhor Preço Garantido” aplica-se apenas a reservas confirmadas. Deve fornecer-nos a sua ID de Reserva Agoda para poder apresentar uma reclamação.

• Mesmo Quarto/Tipo de cama

3. O “Melhor Preço Garantido” não se aplica a preços não publicados, como:

• Preços privados
• Preços de pacote ou promocionais
• Quartos de hotel vendidos como parte de um pacote de viagem
• Preços que não estejam disponíveis ao público em geral, que incluem:

- Preços de desconto para empresas
- Preços para grupos ou reuniões
- Quaisquer preços que exijam a subscrição (isto é, preços AAA ou AARP)
- Programas de fidelização
- Qualquer organização com preços destinados a um grupo específico de indivíduos e não destinados ao público em geral

Garantia de reserva

As reservas asseguradas através da Agoda são agora também protegidas com a nossa Garantia de Reservas. Se a sua reserva confirmada no hotel (para que lhe foi emitido um voucher) não estiver disponível ou não puder ser cumprida quando chega para efectuar o check-in e não estiverem disponíveis outros tipos de quarto que tenha reservado, contacte imediatamente o nosso Centro de Atendimento permanente da Agoda pelo(s) número(s) de contacto indicado(s) no voucher do seu hotel. Os nossos Especialistas de Atendimento ao Cliente da Agoda irão disponibilizar um quarto num outro hotel conveniente e comparável. A Agoda irá cobrir os seus custos de comunicações para o nosso escritório, transferir as taxas e oferecer-lhe um desconto de 10% no valor total da sua reserva.

No caso de não aceitar o hotel alternativo, a Agoda irá reembolsá-lo na sua conta com o valor total da reserva, mais uma noite adicional (equivalente ao custo real de 1 noite de estadia com base na reserva original, incluindo todas as despesas fiscais e de serviço).

Política de cancelamentos

A menos que mencionado em contrário a política de cancelamento, Agoda não cobra uma taxa de processamento para cancelamento.

Qualquer cancelamento recebido depois do prazo de cancelamento especificado no e-mail de confirmação (incluindo pedidos efectuados durante este período) sujeita-se à taxa mínima de cancelamento de 1 (UMA) noite, excepto no caso de haver outra indicação no e-mail de confirmação.

A impossibilidade de chegar ao hotel será encarada como um cancelamento tardio e implicará uma taxa mínima de cancelamento de 1 (uma) noite por quarto, excepto se houver outra indicação no e-mail de confirmação.

Qualquer alteração à sua reserva deve ser efectuada através dos nossos agentes, não directamente com o hotel. Isso aplica-se a alterações de datas, extensão do período de estadia, saída antecipada, atraso à chegada ou cancelamento total ou parcial. Quaisquer problemas ou questões relativos à reserva antes da chegada ou durante a estadia no hotel devem ser dirigidos aos nossos agentes de assistência ao cliente. Política de reembolsos

Para pedir um reembolso, deve contactar-nos através de uma das seguintes formas:

  • Agoda está empenhada em providenciar um processo de reembolso simples e eficiente. É importante referir que, se encurtar a sua estadia durante a época alta, durante períodos de ocupação alta ou durante feiras e conferências, ou se não conseguir cancelar a sua reserva antes do prazo indicado no e-mail de confirmação, pode ter que pagar uma TAXA DE PENALIZAÇÃO imposta pelo hotel. Se houver TAXA DE PENALIZAÇÃO, o respectivo valor será deduzido da quantia reembolsada.
  • O seu e-mail de confirmação especifica o prazo exacto para cancelamento (ou seja, o período dentro do qual tem que cancelar para evitar taxas de cancelamento). Geralmente, o prazo de cancelamento é de 14 dias antes da chegada ao hotel. A TAXA DE PENALIZAÇÃO é habitualmente de uma noite de estadia, a menos que se especifique outra informação no e-mail de confirmação.
  • Salvo quando for especificamente mencionado em contrário na política de cancelamentos, os pedidos de cancelamento enviados através de qualquer um dos meios acima indicados, antes da data de vencimento indicada na sua confirmação, serão normalmente reembolsados a 100% do custo da sua estadia (a Agoda não cobra uma taxa de processamento para os cancelamentos) no prazo de 10 dias após recepção do pedido. Qualquer pedido de cancelamento enviado após a data de vencimento indicada na sua confirmação também será processado no prazo de 10 dias, e qualquer taxa de penalização aplicável será deduzida ao montante reembolsado.
  • Estadias encurtadas serão, na maioria dos casos, reembolsadas em 10 dias, descontando quaisquer CUSTOS DE PENALIZAÇÃO aplicáveis, e se nos notificar (por qualquer dos meios referidos acima) antes de encurtar a sua estadia, podemos expedir o processo de reembolso. Se, no entanto, nos notificar depois de sair, alguns reembolsos de estadias encurtadas podem levar mais tempo porque alguns hotéis podem ser lentos em confirmar as datas exactas da sua estadia. Se estiver previsto que o seu reembolso demorará mais de 10 dias a ser processado, iremos notificá-lo por e-mail após receber o seu pedido.
