Gustavo N. Casal Brazil, 18 de Novembro de 2012	Mau cheiro no quarto Área da piscina muito boa 7,3 O banheiro tinha um dedos insuportável de esgoto que sentia-se do quarto inteiro. Quando solicitei ajuda eles apenas usar uma espécie se 'bom-ar'. Não tinha tv a cabo como prometido. Apenas 10 canais. Quarto bem grande com sacada com vista para o mar. A área da piscina é muito boa. Restaurante excelente, inclusive o atendimento. Café da manha muito bom mesmo. Muita variedade. A internet é razoável.

Grupos Malaysia, 13 de Maio de 2013	clean, comfortable and affordable room rates was reasonable, the rooms were comfortable and cozy and easy wifi access 7,7 overall stay at Kalima was good, rooms were comfortable and cozy, hotel staff were friendly and easy wifi access. however, layout of hotel was a little confusing (too many staircase) and would be considered un-friendly for elderly guests. the location of hotel is a little far out from patong town, however, there is hotel shuttle bus into patong but limited times. they should increase the number of shuttling from 3 to 5 times daily. hotel restaurants is also quite limited.

Casal Malaysia, 13 de Maio de 2013	Not what I expected & not value for money I will struggle to come out with 1 good thing...maybe the cleanliness 4,3 My husband birthday is on the 10 May & wanted to give him a birthday treat by bringing him to Phuket. I wanted to get an upgrade as we check in on a Friday & there are not so many people around. But the staff deny us. Then we have to climb so many stairs to reach our room. About 6 flights of stairs. The way to our room are also very complicated. We have to take a lift from the lobby, then walk around a hall, then go down a stair then walk somemore before climbing the flights of stairs before reaching our room. The worst part is that when it rains, there is no shelter at all. When we were leaving our hotel room to take our breakfast on Sunday morning, it was raining heavily & we have no choice but to be caught in the rain just to reach the lobby to get umbrella from them to go to the restaurant for our breakfast. The food there is very expensive & doesn’t taste as well as a small cafeteria just outside the hotel. Take a walk & you will see the cafeteria that we like a lot & we managed to have a good chat with the friendly boss of the cafeteria. Trip to Patong Beach are few & far, about 3 a day provided by the hotel. In the end, we took cab there (about 200 baht) at night to the Patong beach area. The bed in our room is suppose to be a King size bed but what we are given are 2 single bed joined together & it is very uncomfortable for the two of us. The shower area get flooded during bathing & the whole toilet will be wet. Our balcony is facing an aircon vent & we are paying about $100++SGD for the room!!!?? If you ask me, I will be expecting to pay around $50-60SGD for this room. The hotel service all don’t understand English & have difficulty communicating & also you get charge for every single thing including calling local lines. Will not visit here again as I believe we can find a better hotel at that price compared to Kalima Resort. At least, this hotel lives in our memory as the worst hotel we can stay in as we travelled frequently.
Monica W. Família com crianças mais velhas Austria, 12 de Maio de 2013	Delightful sojourn on a spectacular coastline The VIEWS!!!! The Pool!!!!!!!!! 7,3 It was wonderful!! We wished the rooms are bigger even though we had the grand seaview deluxe... but we loved the views fr the room and the pool. It was one of the nicest pools we have ever seen at a hotel... and we have seen over a dozen in Phuket itself.. Breakfast was not creative for a resort hotel where most people stay for a few nights at least. Great location, just 10 mins to Patong. Would be happy to stay here again.

Casal Australia, 11 de Maio de 2013	Amazing motel from the pool to the quality rooms Infinity pool, amazing room, roof top dining 10 This place is amazing, infinity pool over looking patong beach, 10/10 buffia breakfast, amazing big clean rooms! You will need to hire a scooter as it is about a 5 min ride into town!

Casal Serbian, 7 de Maio de 2013	So disappointed, would never recommend The view and thats it 3,3 We didnt have tv channels entire time,they didnt offer service recovery not after many complaints, far from the city , no possibility of walking to the city because of the roads, hotel not on the beach, the pool was not clean, lots of bugs everywhere in the hotel area, no shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach or the city and the taxi was expensive, it is not a 5 star resort, so dasappointed
