Not very helpful in this regard; safe, well located; ready to offer their own tours and to rent their own car; do not count on a nice breakfast ; everything artificial (instant coffee; artificial juice; a bit of butter and some jelly)

Viajante solitário Philippines, 12 de Abril de 2013	simple and clean quiet place, 5,7 the hotel is quiet simple yet clean and comfortable. the location is hard to find,though most of the taxi knows the location of hotel, do not mention him the name of the hotel, tell him the place and street name instead, the security guard is helping you to find taxi outside coz the main street is few steps away from the hotel, this is recomended for those who want stay away from the crowd of cebu. and the value of money is reasonable..
