Muito bom hotel
Localizacao excelente, perto do metro, trem, zoologico e grande comercio.

Localizacao excelente na parte ocidental de Berlim, perto do metro, trem, zoologico, restaurantes, museus, igrejas e grande comercio. Imovel moderno e impactante, atendimento muito correto e cortes, quartos confortaveis e bem projetados com cafeteira Nespresso, restaurante estrelado pelo guia Michelin. Ausencia de piscina / spa / opcoes de lazer compromete um pouco porem o hotel tem uma excepcional relacao custo-beneficio.

Smart, efficient, excellent cuisine

All of the above but be warned if you don't like heights - the lifts are glass (though you get used to them in the end!). However, one reason for our visit was to see the old British Army haunts of 1966, which the concierge didn't know anything about, but he did find the right tour guide for our needs, and we had an excellent 'sentimental journey'.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the facilities for disabled people are excellent - though that was true of everywhere we went in Berlin.

Relaxed stay in City Centre hotel

This was the second time we had stayed at the Swisshotel for a 3 night city break. Excellent location , close to shopping , restaurants and transportation make it an ideal hotel for business and pleasure.

Never disappoints me

For the service I received, I think it was worth the money. The hotel is in the heart of Berlin, walking distance to all the top brands and malls. The room was modern, clean, big and quiet. The food was excellent. The staffs were helpful.
