Everythings nice,friendly staff,easy access from the airport.you cand find the hotel just at the very next door from Lavender mrt station.but the room cleanliness is not so good..please improve.

more friendly tour desk gentleman needed
baggage stow handy for when checked out and still got time to shop and sightsee before going to airport
Did not eat here but food court below
tea and coffee making excellent
